Finally a staff member from the prep side noticed me and went to look for a staff member who happened to be a shift supervisor - I asked if they were short staffed, she responded they are on break offered NO apology.

The food at this location is consistently fresh and the customer service is excellent. We experienced an issue with our DoorDash delivery, and Annabelle, whom I believe is the manager, resolved it beyond our expectations.

This place is a joke. Order a large mac and cheese and bowl is bearly half full. Was told it's a large. I put in a small bowl and pay for a large. That's wrong to charge for food that customers aren't getting.

Can't get breakfast items after 11:00 a.m., disappointed that you are requested to tip although you stood up to get your food and no one waited on you. Food is overpriced for the quality / quantity although it's fairly tasty. Very handy place to meet people and comfortable seating. The coffee and tea are really good. I only go here to meet people for lunch when it's a convenient location. I wouldn't single it out for the food on its own.

Terrible experience at this location I was going to do delivery but they upcharge on the specific sandwich menu item when it's going to be delivery in addition to a delivery charge and tip so I drove there and ordered. They completely screwed up the sandwich you'd like to think that $15 buys you a decent sandwich that they could get right when you take the time to actually drive to the location but you're wrong. Then because it was on the wrong bread I watched the guy literally scraped the stuff off of one bread and put it on a baguette instead of properly remaking the sandwich I would suggest going somewhere else.

This place is gross. The chicken on my sandwich had an odd taste, aside from being old and dry. The female manager is rude and ignorant. She was annoyed because I complained. The sandwich wasn't cheap. Not a place I will return to.
