Im part of the sip club, I always order a Pepsi and they give me a diet Pepsi instead. If you don't have regular just say something vs giving someone something they didn't order. It happens just about every time and this is not the only location that's done it.

If you favor day old (+) bagels, then this is your place to get them and only 9 bucks! Worst bagels I ever had. They even slice them uneven for your enjoyment. Oh, and two types of cream cheese! Plain and some honey crap . Get back in your car and head for Einstein up the road !

I usually have no concerns with this Panera location and have had consistently good experiences. However, on a recent visit, I stopped by for a drink and added a banana to my order. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize until after I had driven away and opened the bag that the banana was overripe and mushy. It was clearly past its prime and should not have been sold. Any reputable food establishment would know better than to offer fruit in that condition.

Although I live close to three Panera locations, the Algonquin location is my favorite. I go with my neighbor to have coffee, not to mention having an meal with my family. Since I regularly go on a weekly basis, all the employees, including the general manager makes us feel welcome, even if we're just having a coffee. This locations checks all the boxes and I highly recommend having a meal or coffee.

Specifically verified that I wanted ONE cream cheese per bagel for some reason and ended up giving me one cream cheese altogether. Now that I’m home their apology or a $2 credit is irrelevant. I’m not driving 15 minutes for that. Now my toddlers are disappointed and I’m stuck trying to find something else for them to eat. Thanks for nothing Panera. I understand mistakes happen but she even VERIFIED with me and I said back ONE CREAM CHEESE per bagel. How is that so complicated that she thought it made sense to give me ONE cream cheese for both bagels. Critical thinking for sure.

tricia was rude while i was ordering. i asked for a medium drink and quickly changed my mind and asked for a large, she sighed and gave attitude and said i guess that’s fine you’re luck i didn’t ring it in yet. she continued to laugh and act snarky.
They always mess up my order. Their drive through is so slow. Today I waited 15 mins for my order: ham egg and cheddar cheese on a crossaint with vanilla latte. Received a bacon, egg and white cheese on a baguette. She forgot to give me my card, I had to remind her twice. Drive through needs more training.

Majority of the time service is great. I was there yesterday and waited over 2 minutes. Finally a staff member from the prep side noticed me and went to look for a staff member who happened to be a shift supervisor - I asked if they were short staffed, she responded they are on break offered NO apology.
