Papa Johns Pizza

Do not bother with Papa Johns anymore. Just buy real pizza from a real restaurant OR buy from somewhere else local that will at least answer their own phones and not forward you to a call center. If you can't take my call as even a "local franchise" you don't deserve my $30+ for 1 pizza and a 2 liter.

The pizza was amazing in flavor, but for my first time at Papa John’s I was a bit disappointed that my order wasn’t followed accurately. I ordered a square cut, well done pepperoni pizza and my pizza was neither squared nor crispy. The stuffed crust was a nice option.

Terrible customer service it’s been an hour an a half and still waiting for the delivery. I called the story and instead of the store manager offering to call the driver, offer something for the inconvenience, offer to send a different driver he went straight to the solution of canceling the order. I hope they fire that manager because if you can’t come up with a solution then your no different than a first day employee.

I had high hopes based on some of the reviews, but my visit turned out to be a series of frustration.After waiting patiently for what felt like an eternity, I tried to get the attention of one of the staff members, but was completely ignored. They continued their conversations and tasks without any regard for the customers waiting to place their orders.

The current manager who works here regularly hangs up on people, won’t rectify situations and is just downright awful to people. Read more reviews below for very similar situations this manager has been in with customers time after time.I ordered from them and items were made incorrectly and I couldn’t eat them due to allergies. I also received someone else’s order and part of my order was totally forgotten. This is like the 3rd time this has happened at this store so I called to speak to a manager. When I asked for a manager the person just put down the phone without saying anything. Then they picked it up and said “Can I help you?” I said “Can I speak to a manager?” And they just said yes, can I help you?” I said “Is this the manager,” and they just said “Can I help you?”Finally, I said, I just need to speak to the manager, are you the actual manager??” They said, “I don’t know why you’re being hostile, and hung up.”So I drove to Papa John’s assuming that COULD NOT have been the manager so I could talk to the real manager. When I got there, the person from the phone was there and said that he was in fact the manager. When I expressed my frustration he just said “I don’t even want to be the manager. I don’t care about this job. I’m just working here because my friends asked me to help them out, and again multiple times “I don’t want to be the manager.”” No apology for hanging up on me or for messed up orders. Nothing. He just continued to be rude and mean.Needless to say, I won’t be ordering there again. Nothing like ordering food and getting treated like crap by the actual manager when they mess up.

Usually come wednesday nights and Every time i come here i get nothing but great service from all the managers/employees. Great job!

Ordered a large pizza about an hour before they closed picked it up got home The pizza was not cooked literally fell apart nothing but soft though tried calling them back and they kept hanging up the phoneDo better Papa John's you guys are already struggling from your deer leader dropping the N word
