We went to the final Surf and Turf Buffet of the year. I cannot recommend. The majority of the meat was rare to raw. The steak Diane and steak Oscar fillets were raw. The lobster thermadore was overcooked to the point the meat was hard. The shrimp was overcooked. So many people were there that half the buffet trays were empty as well when we arrived at 7.Just not a great buffet. The staff were great. The started taking down the buffet early as well.Just kind of a c experience.

The restaurant got a face lift. The walls have been painted, and it's much brighter. The waitress was very helpful. The food was delicious.

So I’m very sad to write this and I will only stick to the facts. Our server was fantastic and I wanted to make sure I tipped her even though the food was bad. She and the manager knew it was bad enough when the chef was shoved in my face instead of the manager apologizing for the quality of the food, they made the chef come out. We all have bad days, but spotlighting the chef was very unprofessional. This is something that could have been rectified but I still ended up paying $140 for food that may be making me sick.Regarding the foodMy wife got the seafood pasta. All of the seafood was pre frozen and not cooked properly. She didn’t eat more than 2 bites of it because she said it was disgusting. My shrimp de jonge was the saltiest stuff I have ever eaten with no flavor, nasty. The peel and eat shrimp were rubber. What my wife said is that they were previously cooked or frozen then thawed and that’s why they were bad.My sons fish and chips and my daughters fried shrimp came with uncooked French fries and and uncooked seafood. The chef was very kind and offered to cover the bill and I just said charge me for what we ate. They still charged me for my shrimp I had 2 of them. The waitress had to negotiate with the manager to take half off.We were the only Souls in there at 5pm which says a lot.I’m sorry this place has fallen apart. It’s a shame. I had to peel my wife off the ceiling that we even paid for that. We’re going to be sick.We had to buy McDonald’s after this.

I've always seen Port Edward in passing, but I never tried it until Easter evening. It was very busy, and I could smell the different aromas the moment I stepped in.... so good. It helps very much if you have a reservation, especially for the holidays. I loved the Koi pond and the old sea world atmosphere. They had an awesome selection of a variety of food to choose from. I even got to listen to how and when the owner started this establishment. It was amazing. Endless seafood, desserts and more. My server, Michael, was very professional, polite, courteous and attentive to me. Anything I needed he was right there and I deeply appreciated. I will be visiting again soon.

We made reservations for Easter Brunch. Hostess was Rude, due to the fact they were super busy and very crowded. It was about 70.00 per person not cheap, I was expecting better service and quality. Line to get food was long had to wait, they kept running out of food and took a while to replenish. Sloppy where the food was not clean. We had to sit upstairs which was fine however to get to and from the food you had to walk through the crowd of people waiting to be seated it was a mess. Had to keep waiting and looking for our waiter for just more water!!! Overall not met my expectations very disappointed with the level of service and quality of the food. :(I was excited for this and it was a bust.

We took a chance and went for Easter brunch, but were disappointed in the food. Thought there would be more choices for the money. We had to ask for coffee. More sides would have been appreciated, as well as a much better dessert table presentation.Vegetarian options: There could have more vegetarian sides. There were lots of meat choices.Dietary restrictions: I saw some sugar free desserts.

Was like the fyre fest of the food business at Easter Brunch. Staff did what they could but the whole thing could have managed much better so that people who put an rsvp and deposit down weren't waiting roughly 45 minutes to be sat.

We had reservations for the boat. Once seated, the wait was at least 15 minutes before we saw a waitress. Maybe they were short on servers although that wasnt communicated. The oysters were not good, gritty and cold. Prime rib not served medium rare as ordered. We were asked if we wanted bread and then she never came back with it. We should have sent our food back although we anticipated waiting again. Very slow service, our checks were incorrect, another long wait to get this corrected. We went for two birthday celebrations and we're very disappointed.

Such a cute place to have a meal! There's an indoor koi pond with a small boat to make it look like you're on the water near a dock. Some of the seats overlook this area to give it an outdoor feel. Service was very friendly, food was good, and prices were reasonable. It is recommended that you call for a reservation. Complimentary sour dough bread was delicious with the crab dip. House cabernet $7 - Aok. Calamari $14.50 - Crunchy and tasty, biggest portion I've had in a while at a restaurant. Seared sesame tuna $16.50 - Great starter, came with 3 pieces of tuna. Mussels $17 Swordfish $30 Gift of the Ocean Pasta $34 - Creamy sauce with assorted seafood including scallops, clams, mussels, shrimp and squid. .|---/| | @_@ | ..\_^_/..2024
