Went the night before Christmas eve, around like 8pm. The blonde girl attending us had a miserable look on her face and we tried to be as nice as possible. I'm a server at Cooper's Hawk and I get it, the last hour of the shift is always the worst. But the moment I saw her, I knew my sandwich was not going to be up to par. There is no meat on this sandwich. It's all bread. This is not a wreck lol, I'm sorry to say. I'm very surprised because the gentlemen who typically are attending the line are very generous and I've never had a problem with my orders up until today. We even tipped her. But I sincerely regret it. There was a singular pickle on the sandwich even though we asked for pickle(s), plural. That's all. Very disappointed.

Went to this location a few times and on one occurrence I clearly ordered a VEGGIE sandwich and got turkey on my sandwich and another time when we ordered a prime rib steak sandwhich and ended up getting pork. Called the store to see how this mistake was made and they said that “the pork looked like the steak and the pork was placed where the steak is usually placed.” Not sure how this happens when you work with this food all day. I hope someone makes this location aware that eating pork is against some religions and this mistake isn’t okay to make. It’s not a complex task.

Sandwich was drowning in mayo and when called to question if its normal to soak the sandwich in mayo employee said he didn’t think he put that much mayo. It was! Terrible service!

I've been a Potbelly's fan for years, but my recent visit was exceptional thanks to Kaylie! Not only did she craft my sandwich perfectly, but her kindness and positive attitude made my day. What's even more incredible is that Kaylie is the angel who donated a lung to me. Talk about service from the heart! Knowing the care she puts into everything she does, it's no surprise my sandwich was amazing. If you're at Potbelly's, and Kaylie's there, you're in for a treat!

I rarely get Potbelly’s, but this sandwich looked so good on the website that I couldn’t resist! If you look at the photos of the advertisement versus what I actually received, it should be clear why I was disappointed.
Almost no pulled pork on the Cubano, and only a slice or two of ham.
This is why I usually stick with Firehouse!!

I get the beef and provolone when I stop by occasionally. Today was the worst beef ever. It tasted and chewed like spandex. Every slice was inedible. I complained to the manager and he said their quality of beef has changed and so has their supplier and they try to cut out the bad parts.It is also a choking hazard. Stay away from the beef!!!!

A fun and hospitable vibe throughout the restaurant! Their sandwiches are amazing and their hot Chile soup is fire 🔥 (no pun intended) I enjoy coming here on Sunday afternoons with the fam and housing a toasty wich! The workers are fast paced and efficient, and always double-check my order to make sure it's right and how I want it! I love repeating my order to them 3x! :D 👀
The sandwiches shouldn't be dripping wet....used to love potbellys but my god the quality had dropped dramatically maybe its the generation of kids verse they very clearly don't give a crap...very disappointed

I got their new prime rib sandwhich because it looked good. For my sandwhich alone it was 20.00; I also got the biggest sandwhich and was super dissappinted on the size for the money that I paid. Each half was the size of a small in my opinion. I also got mac n cheese. For everything that was on the sandwhich there was no flavor. The garlic aoli was all on the second half of the sandwhich. For the price paid I can go to jersey mikes and get the large and each half is the size of a regular. The mac n cheese was ok it was the most flavorful thing I got. If your looking for the most bang for your buck, don't go here.

So my stepdaughter ordered this she's allergic to tomatoes and of course there's tomatoes on it she wanted cucumbers and of course there's no cucumbers on it the meat was burnt. We are going to stop going here they are just nonchalant like they don't care who's there it's almost like they know we're not going to return it but I'm going to return this for them a bad review. The salad was delicious but I mean come on how hard is it to mess up a salad.
