I got their new prime rib sandwhich because it looked good. For my sandwhich alone it was 20.00; I also got the biggest sandwhich and was super dissappinted on the size for the money that I paid. Each half was the size of a small in my opinion. I also got mac n cheese. For everything that was on the sandwhich there was no flavor. The garlic aoli was all on the second half of the sandwhich. For the price paid I can go to jersey mikes and get the large and each half is the size of a regular. The mac n cheese was ok it was the most flavorful thing I got. If your looking for the most bang for your buck, don't go here.
So my stepdaughter ordered this she's allergic to tomatoes and of course there's tomatoes on it she wanted cucumbers and of course there's no cucumbers on it the meat was burnt. We are going to stop going here they are just nonchalant like they don't care who's there it's almost like they know we're not going to return it but I'm going to return this for them a bad review. The salad was delicious but I mean come on how hard is it to mess up a salad.
My order was made incorrectly and the food was OK.
Something strange and brown on my meat, no lettuce like I asked for. These sandwiches are so overpriced to have them messed up.
I understand the BOGO meatball perk isn't working in the app. So I called to verify they could do it in store and the women who answered the phone said yes. I make the trip there only to be told they can't.
Amber was extremely rude. The store manager wasn't any better. I have already reached out to customer service online with no response. The table are so old they can not be properly cleaned. I will not be going back.
This was our first time picking up an order for my work colleagues. Not only was the food fresh and amazing as expected but the employees who were working today were too notch. They had a slammed restaurant and managed to still be polite and very courteous. We will be returning to this location as the GM is also a great leader. He took ownership of his team and speaks highly on why he (Ralph) is the GM, customer service speaks for itself. Keep up the great work all!
My sub wasn't too great. It made me feel pretty sick. My sub was vegetarian, but it was no good. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back here.

Sandwiches were the worst i ever had from potbelly. When i called to speak to management, no one cares to answer the phone! So disappointing!

They seriously need to fix how they handle online orders. Several times Ive placed an order for pickup during my lunch breaks and many times they dont even get started until I actually arrive even though I place the order well in advance. The older gentleman in charge is very polite and does his best to get your order but the rest of the staff doesnt share his service quality seeing as that whenever they realize they are late on my food the meal ends up being rushed and sandwich comes out messy

I received wrong food after asking many times and telling them that the bags did not have my name on them, an employee looked at the bags and told me that was my order even though my name was not on it. Very wrong they were not my sandwiches when opened I opened them up. I am waiting on my refund and hopefully I get my perks points back too. I do not know if this place has new employees now, but the food is not as great as before. I just hope I get my money refunded and my perks points back too.

Always come here. Amazing staff, service, and always clean. Ordered online a few times and the food comes hot and delicious. This location definitely deserves a 5* from me.

If you’re understaffed then your operations need to change to best serve all customers. I showed up 15 minutes after placing an online order - when it said it would be ready.
When the cashier checked, there were 5 tickets ahead of mine on the pickup line.
I got in line 5 minutes later, ordered, and walked out with my order before they had started the pickup ticket.
Whoever is running this location - if you don’t have a sandwich maker for your pickup line you may want to consider adding pickup tickets directly to the in-store line to avoid a slew of 1 star reviews from the gaggle of pickup customers who were waiting with me.
