They are making us pay for 6 fries when we only got 4 because there was 6 people so because there was 6 people and we only ordered 4 fries.

Everybody got charged for bottomless fries even though none 2 people in our table didn’t take one fry or order any fries, the manager was rude and I will not be coming back here.

Burger, bottomless sides and a drink for 9.99. You can’t beat it. Burger is just a solid burger. Fresh good flavor and the topping don’t overwhelm the taste of the beef. It’s cheaper than any fast food meal.

Red Robin in Algonquin is great! I took my son and grandsons for lunch a couple weeks ago and they were very accommodating especially to my grandchildren! They enjoyed the coloring books. I accidentally left my charge card in the kiosk when I went to pay my bill at the table and they were honest enough to keep it in the safe until I figured out where it was at and I tracked it down.
I'm from out of the area and I went back 3 weeks later and they still had my card locked up! Kelly was wonderful to help me out with that. I'd recommend this restaurant anytime you're in the area. Thanks again to Kelly and her staff!

Our family loves Red Robin on Randall Road!
We had such a great experience — the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome right away. The food came out hot and fresh. We ordered burgers (of course!), and they were delicious and perfectly cooked. The bottomless fries are always a hit with our kids!

What stood out most was how family-friendly the atmosphere is. The kids were happy, the service was fast, and everything was clean and comfortable.

We’ll definitely be back — it’s one of those places where everyone leaves full and smiling. 😊🍔🍟

It was great. We ordered burgers and an appetizer of pretzel bites, which one of the waitresses actually paid for it... Absolutely amazing service and food. They actually gave us extra fries for free! 😀 This nice lady Rachel actually paid for the fries😀😀
