This has to be the slowest Sonic I've ever been to. I've been staring at the wall forever and we just ordered drinks. Nothing hopping here.

Seems like half the stalls are busted the last couple time I have been there. The biggest grip though is they got rid of the signature sauce. It was tthe only dipping sauce they had that i liked.

The food is fine. But I'm pretty sure I got charged with transactions fees because I didn't order through the app. That's BS. I tried the app for 10 minutes and it froze!

The service here is terrible. Set a carry out order through the app for 3 PM at 2:45 checked in at 2:55 and at 3:15 had to check in with them, order still wasn't ready and the cashier gave me an attitude. They should be ashamed of their service

The sonic blasts are not fully mixed. The top half is 80% toppings, and the bottom half is all ice cream. The slushies are good though. I'm not a fan of the random transaction fee. If you need to cover your costs, just increase the prices so we are aware how much it will cost us, instead of adding mysterious fees here and there.

Went to get a slush through the drive thru and was charged a transaction fee in addition to any normal taxes. When asked about the fee, they said it is a fee added to offset the cost of food and that if you ask they will remove the fee for you. According to them the fee is optional if you tell them you don't wanna pay it or use their app to avoid this problem all together.
First time trying sonic and last! The lady at the window was EXTREMELY RUDE, she got my order WRONG. Forgot to give me my second drink and when I didn’t leave she looked at me like I was stupid but it was her that forgot to give me my drink. Don’t bother coming here !
