This is the 3rd morning I waited 10 mins and they were open for 30 mins. No one helped me. This is ridiculous don't be open at 7 if by 7:30/8 you won't answer the driveway thru. I drove around and a guy came after me and then someone answered .

Interesting service… lady got mad because i told her to have a good night.
Lid to my water wasn’t tightened at all and spilled all over me. You’d think if they charge for water they’d actually get it right. Burger seasoning or something all over the lid of my other drink and got in it.

Stopped for food somewhere else but we made a special trip over to Sonic just for the Grillo's Pickles seasoned tots that we had enjoyed before. After 9 dollars for two large orders of tater tots to go along with our meal, we got home and found just about zero seasoning anywhere to be seen and definitely could not taste it either. Weird that a few sprinkles of seasoning on a limited promotional item was too much to do, and these tots were the only thing we ordered. Saw a few specks of pickle seasoning on the cardboard so it's not that they entirely forgot to do it or mistakenly gave us plain ones. Sonic is further away from us than other convenient places and we had actually only started going here while this pickle menu stuff was going on and after two or three visits we probably won't keep Sonic in the rotation. Went online a few days later to complain about the order and noticed on the receipt big bold warnings about no refunds only store credit. Seems like they must have a lot of people asking for refunds if it was important enough to be the very first line on the receipt under your order.

I’m gonna start off by mentioning I never leave reviews, considering whenever there is a an issue I try my best to resolve it internally.

July 27th 10:25pm for any crew members or managers reading this.

I stopped by to get me and my girlfriend a very late dinner and the young lady in the drive thru was entirely rude the entire order, up to payment and receiving my food.

I get back home and open my sandwich and what do you know, I find a mayo sandwich. How does that even happen??

I call to see what options I have after driving 15 minutes there and back home she answers knowing exactly what happened and I ask so what do we do? She said I don’t know maybe explain when ever you come back and get a free burger then hung up!!

We come back and she was insanely rude the entire interaction once again without a singular apology.

Had me wait for 15 minutes after I asked for a garlic butter bacon cheeseburger and then gave me a regular burger (only slightly warm) with stuff I didn't want on it, only found out after getting back to work.

Love the corn dogs!! You can't find a better a place that has better variety of drinks, and the shakes are to die for!!!

I have had the worst fast food experience ever today. The girl in the drive thru couldnt understand my order and had to repeat myself four times over. The shake while waiting wasnt chocolate, but caramel, it tasted like a “100 grand” candy bar. Couldnt take more than a few sips, trying to try, just nasty. Upon opening my bag, just more disappointment. I ordered a double bacon, theres no bacon, the burger just looks gross, the fries are sad, not the kitchens fault, just sonics supply chain. Everything tasted like i was in a bad highschool cafeteria, i wanted nostalgia as a kid, not when i had prolific acne. I will never eat here again. Dont even want anything from them, why would i? I just want the kids working here to be transferred to better jobs and this location shut down.

Worst Sonic experience I’ve ever had.

We waited over 20 minutes for our food, and it was a disaster from start to finish. The staff — mostly teenagers — clearly had no idea what they were doing. They forgot one of our burgers twice, and when they finally brought it out, it was the wrong one. No apology, no urgency, just a lot of confusion.

The food we did get was low quality — cold fries, cold tater tots, and the burger they remembered to bring out looked like it had been sitting for a while. On top of that, they forgot our drink too. They had to come out to our table on the patio 3 or 4 different times to figure it out.

To make it even more frustrating, the place didn’t even seem overwhelmed. The staff inside looked like they were just hanging out and goofing off, Unbelievably unprofessional.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but this was ridiculous. If this is how this Sonic runs, I won’t be coming back — and I’d suggest you don’t either.

I liked the nostalgia of a drive in dinner and having the food brought to me. The food itself was ok, nothing to write home about. It reminded me of White Castle. They did misunderstand my order. I wanted a plain cheeseburger and they gave me a fully loaded one. We had to push the button and let them know so they brought me the right one. Kudos for that. They also had us keep the burger that was wrong. My husband ate that one but the onions gave him heartburn but otherwise it was good.
