My favorite Starbucks! 💚 The staff here are always so welcoming and friendly, they really make you feel at home. The service is quick even when it’s busy, and my drinks are always made perfectly (they never get my order wrong!). The atmosphere is cozy, clean, and just the right spot to either relax with a coffee or get some work done. Definitely my go-to Starbucks – highly recommend!

Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk (?) Shaken Espresso. Asked if there was oat milk in my drink before driving away and she told me to my face, that yes there was oat milk added. There's no milk of any kind in this cup, (granted I drank some) the coffee is transparent. She asked if I wanted a cup of oat milk so I could add it to the drink. I'm driving and I paid over $6 for this, I'm not going to juggle an extra cup to fix my drink. I don't know man, maybe I'm bring to harsh but I'm tired of paying a premium to for a sub-standard product.

Rude baristas were laughing and having a ball, while I was waiting. Nobody was in line with me, nobody was inside. Waited 10 minutes and left. Typically this Starbucks delivers but their night crew sucks

I’m literally in drive thru waiting for my drink and food been 10 mins im still being 2 cars 🤦🏽‍♀️ by the time my food is cold

Broken coffee machine twice in a row

I got an iced venti sugar cookie blond americano, LIGHT WATER, extra almond milk. This young lady named Jiuliana took my order. When i reserved my order it was not light water with extra almond milk. I kindly asked her to fix it for me. She snatched it out of my hands, pretended to re make my drink, and then proceeded to bring me back the same exact drink she had given me the first time. So i had to wait again for Jiuliana to bring me the correct order. The whole time i can see she is complaining about me to her coworkers. She kept roiling her eyes at me like i was stupid. She was very rude and had the other young man bring me my drink. Clearly i was disappointed and surprised to get this behaved from this starbucks employee Jiuliana. Never I have I ever been treated like this at a starbucks. Very disappointed. Thank you taking the time to listen and have a blessed day!

The worst place ever! Unprofessional and rude people!!!

The staff was very friendly and efficient. That's why I am giving them 3 stars. I ordered an iced coffee with carmel syrup and cream. Pretty basic, been drinking the same thing for over a decade. The first drink was about half a cup of syrup. I've never had them remake a drink, but this seemed undrinkable. The remade drink wasn't too much better. In every other starbucks I've ever been to, they add syrup, coffee, ice and then cream in that order. This ensures that the coffee to ice ratio is accurate. However, this particular starbucks starts by filling the entire cup with ice. After adding syrup, there's very little room for coffee. The issue is you cannot even taste the coffee and are essentially drinking iced cream with syrup. I could immediately tell by the color it was not going to be good.
