This location seriously needs better management. The customer service is consistently poor, and the staff often come off as rude and unprofessional.

I hope someone in upper management actually reads these reviews, because something is clearly wrong at this location. Also, we all have the freedom to go elsewhere (trust me, I will) but employees should also consider whether this is the right job for them instead of taking their frustration out on paying customers.

Staff is rude and insulting. Poorest customer service. Accept no responsibility for their behavior and mistakes. Instead of apologizing for making your drink wrong and requiring you to drive back there, they tell you well it wasn’t like it was on purpose. Then proceeded to lecture you. Amber especially is rude and slams the window shut in your face at the drive-through. Says if we get your drinks so often, go to a different Starbucks. I wasn’t even pissed off until I left after the return .

I love this Starbucks because everyone here is so nice but why is it everytime I get a hot latte they only fill it up halfway? I feel like if I pay $6 for a drink I should get the whole thing?

Coffee quality is the same, but today like on many other occasions, it took them 20 minutes to fill one coffee cup order because they were moving so slow through the drive-thru. The people are friendly, but I do recommend going in to get your drink.

Drinks are always delicious here. While waiting in line, I witnessed Sarah the barista display the utmost amount of patience and hospitality dealing with 3 little kids paying with change for some drinks and cake pops. Seeing the interaction made my day.

I’ve gone to this starbucks twice in the past 2 months. Both time they have messed up my drink. first time around i wasn’t worried about it bc it wasn’t a huge thing. However today i placed an order and it wasn’t even what i asked for. i made a request of extra carmel drizzle and 3 pumps of sweetener and a splash of milk. imagine my surprise when there wasn’t any carmel and my drink was almost straight black coffee and beyond bitter. if i’m paying $8 for a drink then yes it better be made right, especially if im paying extra for the things i want in it. i considered having them remake it but it took them long enough to make the first one and there was a line waiting behind me

I come into the store a lot, and I always see all of the barista’s laughing and smiling together. They all look like friends I’ve been into other Starbucks where no one is talking. This store is a really friendly vibe
