Coffee quality is the same, but today like on many other occasions, it took them 20 minutes to fill one coffee cup order because they were moving so slow through the drive-thru. The people are friendly, but I do recommend going in to get your drink.

Drinks are always delicious here. While waiting in line, I witnessed Sarah the barista display the utmost amount of patience and hospitality dealing with 3 little kids paying with change for some drinks and cake pops. Seeing the interaction made my day.

I’ve gone to this starbucks twice in the past 2 months. Both time they have messed up my drink. first time around i wasn’t worried about it bc it wasn’t a huge thing. However today i placed an order and it wasn’t even what i asked for. i made a request of extra carmel drizzle and 3 pumps of sweetener and a splash of milk. imagine my surprise when there wasn’t any carmel and my drink was almost straight black coffee and beyond bitter. if i’m paying $8 for a drink then yes it better be made right, especially if im paying extra for the things i want in it. i considered having them remake it but it took them long enough to make the first one and there was a line waiting behind me

My oatmilk shaken espresso didn’t have any oatmilk i had to go to the store and ask the to add it my mistake was asking for less ice like they hate their job

I come into the store a lot, and I always see all of the barista’s laughing and smiling together. They all look like friends I’ve been into other Starbucks where no one is talking. This store is a really friendly vibe

I visit many starbucks, this has to be the rudest one. Its sad because it is so close to home. They have gotten my order wrong on multiple occasions. Sometimes I go out of my way to visit another Starbucks just because the customer service is better else where. I feel bad writing this but I can't sugar coat it.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, I spent $14 on drinks and they weren’t mixed! My iced chai was warm! Im deleting my app and I’m done. Drinks are so overpriced and you can’t even make them correctly.

They burn my mom's hand they didn't close the lid all the way in the cup and they should always give two cups when is a hot drink I'm so mad
