Staff is rude and insulting. Poorest customer service. Accept no responsibility for their behavior and mistakes. Instead of apologizing for making your drink wrong and requiring you to drive back there, they tell you well it wasn’t like it was on purpose. Then proceeded to lecture you. Amber especially is rude and slams the window shut in your face at the drive-through. Says if we get your drinks so often, go to a different Starbucks. I wasn’t even pissed off until I left...

I love this Starbucks because everyone here is so nice but why is it everytime I get a hot latte they only fill it up halfway? I feel like if I pay $6 for a drink I should get the whole thing?

Coffee quality is the same, but today like on many other occasions, it took them 20 minutes to fill one coffee cup order because they were moving so slow through the drive-thru. The people are friendly, but I do recommend going in to get your drink.
