I was charged 14.99 for a “steak and cheese.” A Philly cheesesteak is 12.99. When I looked at the menu and saw the Philly gets 2x the cheese, I asked if I could get 2x the cheese; was told no, the steak and cheese doesn’t get extra cheese. Idk how they feed themselves here, but they would have to work almost two hours to buy themselves a sandwich. It’s ok, just never going back and warning future patrons of money hungry practices.

The person there is super rude. Overcharged us, over priced and reluctant to explain (I just pay $39, for some subs for two adults and two little kids). He was not informative and didn't make it clear what a kids meal comes with and ended up charged us extra $4 each on the adult subs when our kids picked up two milk and chips. He could have told us the kids meal comes with apple sauce instead. We ended up give him back the chips and he only refund us $6. Which leave us with one foot long, one 6inch and two 4inch subs plus two milk. A total of $33. Ridiculous place, should have gone some where else. What a way to make customers unhappy on a nice Saturday. Will never go here again

These owners have become lazy. How do you expect to build your business if you don't take the coupons that everyone in your are gets... Guess it's Jimmy John's from now on.

When the workers were able to take a break from making TikTok videos behind the counter I asked where the water dispenser was and they informed me that the owner had it removed so he could force customers to purchase a $3 soda. Will never go back.

Wow almost 20 dollars for a footlong, bag of chips and a small soda. No coupons accepted. Not coming back to raked over the coals. Hope it gets replaced by a Jesey Mikes.

I really like the food but sometimes the customer service is really slow it depends on who's giving you the order the ambiance could be really obnoxious or really chill becuase I remember this one time they blasted this song or anime and it was really loud and I was there trying to study for a test

I came here with a friend a few short weeks ago before we headed to the city of the Discover Boat Show. I got my usual ((I was debating about getting the garlic sandwich, but I wasn't sure if I'd be a fan of aioli or not)) and it tasted as good as ever. It filled me up, so I was able to walk around the whole show floor without being hungry; I wasn't even sure if I needed to have dinner or not, since I was still pretty full. We went at a time when it was slow, so service was good and we had plenty of room to find a place to sit and eat before we headed to the city. Wouldn't mind stopping here again when I'm in the mood for a sandwich.

Horrible experience! The bread and veggies were soggy and the Customer service was awful. I dont like leaving bad reviews but this really upset me. I ordered online and and got a roasted chicken sandwich, I opened the sandwich with no chicken in it. I called and a lady answered I explained what happened, all she said was "oh my god.." she spoke in her language to someone and took about a min or so until a guy answered, I explained the situation and he even asked me if I was sure that there was no chicken and proceeded to ask me what was on the sandwich. He said he will make it and I would have to pick it up. I went in the store with a man and woman standing there staring at me with no greetings. I showed the man the receipt to prove I in fact ordered it( i was calm because I understand mistakes happen). No smile or greetings he told me he made this sandwich with chicken and also made the other sandwich, he insisted that he put the chicken in there and told me he has a video of him putting chicken in there and asked if I wanted to see the video, I said yah and I also told him if he wanted to see my sandwich with no chicken in it.. he goes on and said " it's fine I already made your sandwich, just thought you should know!" I thanked him and walked away..What type of customer service is that, accusing I was lying, I appreciate he made the sandwich but why add all of that. Never going back and the food wasn't good at all!

I am very sad to say that my recent experience at your Subway store on 4061 west Algonquin road in Illinois was absolutely terrible.I went in with a family member and she placed her order for her 6 inch sub. Following this, I placed my order for 2 foot long subs. The first worker asked his female coworker to assist me. I asked her to change her gloves , which she did.I proceeded to pay my bill and heard her tell her colleague that she gave my family members sub to a guy she rang up in between us.No apologies whatsoever.I asked her that there should be some compensation/credit for her mistake as I would have to reorder my 6 inch sub and go thru the line again. Even a simple apology would have been accepted.. She immediately became hostile and incredibly rude, and unapologetically said she was going to have someone redo the order.Her attitude was despicable and I asked her for her name at which point she refused to give it to me. I asked her for the store managers name and number and she said" you can go find that yourself". I took the receipt and told her that I would use this information to file a complaint, at which time she told me to "shut up ".I was completely shocked by her utter lack of manners and poor customer service skills. There are witnesses to this event.I am a practicing professional myself and would never treat anyone like the way she did to me.This incident occurred at the Algonquin store at around 7 pm on Saturday Sept 4th.I sincerely hope you can address this issue, and identify this female worker , who does not deserve to be serving the public in any manner.I appreciate an investigation In regards to this unfortunate visit.BTW, neither worker that day were wearing any masks...no Covid precautions there...so they definitely don't abide by any rules.....
