Paid $135 for a custom cake. Requested “Happy birthday w/ name”. In the quote, it was acknowledged that name would be written as well. However, upon receiving cake, there was only “happy birthday”. There was no attempt to fix the mistake. I will not be purchasing a cake from here again.
An email from owner stating below and no initiative from the owner was taken to resolve. “I’m so incredibly sorry that I missed that! I must have looked right past it and I’m so sorry I didn’t catch it”
A resolution should be offered from the owner. I shouldn’t have to ask on how to resolve this problem.
