Paid $135 for a custom cake. Requested “Happy birthday w/ name”. In the quote, it was acknowledged that name would be written as well. However, upon receiving cake, there was only “happy birthday”. There was no attempt to fix the mistake. I will not be purchasing a cake from here again.
An email from owner stating below and no initiative from the owner was taken to resolve. “I’m so incredibly sorry that I missed that! I must have looked right past it and I’m so sorry I didn’t catch it”
A resolution should be offered from the owner. I shouldn’t have to ask on how to resolve this problem.

I wanted to surprise my husband for Valentine's Day and ordered the Dubai chocolate strawberries box and boy was that an experience! The presentation was pretty, complete with a rose on the heart shaped box. The strawberries were fresh and high quality, the chocolate was rich and delicious and the Dubai pistachio/tahini cream and light crunchy texture in the cream was a unique and delightful mouthful. My husband loved it and so did I! Thanks Sweets by Cash for an amazing treat!
