The white lady at the window tonight was so rude to her guy coworker and was basically yelling at him. Also if your gonna talk shit about a customer you should prolly wait till they are gone cause we can hear through the window. Also you forgot an item of mine but I really didn't wanna deal with that lady.

Last time I stopped by Wendy’s my order was Dave’s single but they gave me a ham burger (single cheese)and I’m allergic to pork, and even it’s not in the menu when I looked up there. And they never put ketchup inside the order, one time I ask him can you please put ketchup inside my order he said yes, but when i checked my order before leaving it wasn’t there, and I had to ask another time for it. I don’t recommend 🥴

Always check your food at the window before pulling away. Staff is not helpful and does not care if they mess up your order. They will offer you zero resolution other than asking you to drive back to the store if they fail to give you items that you paid for.

We ordered a total of 4 jr bacon cheeseburgers and the burger meat was VERY undercooked. You could see it wasn’t fully cooked and it made us very sick afterwards. The bacon wasn’t crispy either. They definitely rushed and undercooked these burgers. I don’t understand why they couldn’t take the extra minute to cook them properly. Very disappointing.

We love breakfast at Wendy’s, the food was hot and potato where fresh off broiler. Restaurant was nice and warm and very clean. I come to this location for those reason, food is always fresh and hot.

Over cooked over salted fries ? my spicy chicken was old and rubbery, this place should be shut down! The workers clearly don’t care about quality of Wendy’s went Tuesday 8/27 around 5pm I went through drive through and didn’t bother to go back!

Today I think I should right My experience as an employee at Algonquin Wendy’s . Well as you know if you showed up to this location I always am quit respectfull and don’t react to comments I respond to questions my experience is very different from other employees because of me being white . I work at Wendy’s for about two months. Every day was very busy and people wasnt happy about there food because there was poor communication skills with the whole team . I got food born illness while working there because I would eat there not to mention being a white girl I got pushed around not respected by others so I had no problem paying for my food I eat . Thinking I get a discount at least for me being an employee was also judged I guess of me being in the Algonquin west end location and I as a 23 year old white young lady an I am writing this because I am very disappointed as a person who knows her value of her self I shouldn’t have went threw so much unnecessary stuff.. I give the staff and manger Marcus a 5/10 in there store because yes the food usually is fresh but my experience was impacted a lot . me having serve safe certificates I thought I should work at fast food to get enough experience but I am awear fast food is not a line cook position and 10 dollars will not be my pay once I continue my future in the food business thanks to who ever reads these things.
Parking: The parking was oddly big so I guess this is why people hang out of the store at this location .
