So I ordered online and they forgot my fries so when I go back to get them the manger was ungodly rude, She started to disrespect me in Spanish and joke to her employee, great service. Then when I got home, my potatoes was messed up, my burger looked like the person who put it together didn't know how to cook and we were missing 3 nuggets... Like I had a 10 piece and there was only 7 smh. Didn't want to go back because the manger was already rude. Don't go here unless you want the ultimate headache

Always check your food at the window before pulling away. They will NOT refund you or offer to help you unless you drive back to the store for any missing items. They also make it clear they don't care about your missing food that they billed you for.

Also if your gonna talk shit about a customer you should prolly wait till they are gone cause we can hear through the window. Last time I stopped by Wendy’s my order was Dave’s single but they gave me a ham burger (single cheese)and I’m allergic to pork, and even it’s not in the menu when I looked up there. And they never put ketchup inside the order, one time I ask him can you please put ketchup inside my order he said yes, but when i checked my order before leaving it wasn’t there, and I had to ask another time for it. I don’t recommend 🥴

Always check your food at the window before pulling away. Staff is not helpful and does not care if they mess up your order. They will offer you zero resolution other than asking you to drive back to the store if they fail to give you items that you paid for.
