It looks like a wonderful Vineyard is starting to go really downhill. We went there tonight to see a band and to have dinner and their kitchen is closed. They only have one person working behind the bar clearly overwhelmed. Then I go to the bathroom and two out of the three stalls have no toilet paper in them. Nice winery experience with an excellent view of the valley from the patio. Live music was great fun. The only drag is Von Jakob doesn't have food anymore. A clerk said they stopped serving food. A bummer because even hamburgers would make it a lot more fun. You need something to soak up the alcohol! But otherwise a very nice winery.
This is always one of our favorite stops when going down south!! It's always has fantastic music and great pulled pork nachos and pizza! ❤️ We were super bummed when we went on 8/23/25 to hear the Ethan Stephenson Band and the kitchen was closed down!! The place could use some sprucing up! I sure hope they turn it around. We've have great memories from here and I'd hate to hear they closed. 😢
