I got food poisoning from this place! Don’t go!!! I went to get dinner last night 12/23/25. I woke up the next morning about 4am and started puking. I have been puking so much I will not be able to go to a family Christmas now tonight.

I would not recommend eating here unless you want to be “offended” by being called a name you do not prefer to be called. Came from the gym to get some food with my fiancé and the cashier asked what I wanted while calling me “hon” at the end. I politely stated she did not have to call me that name and would prefer she did not. She took offense to it and continued the order. I go to the first window and she again stated how much I had to pay by again calling me “hon”. I corrected her again to Not call me that name. She said “okay” and gave me my receipt. As I am waiting for my food, pink-haired, unprofessional offended cashier came to the window and asked if I was offended. I stated No. The cashier then proceeded to state how it’s only a word of endearment and hospitality and did not apologize or anything. She then stated “well I don’t like you so have a good night” and walked away while flipping me and my fiancé off. She then was talking so loud to the point where my fiancé and I could hear her voice through the closed drive-thru window. I am pretty sure she was talking ill of me and my fiancé. She complained and took offense to it by explaining the situation to her colleagues. A nice young man came to the window and apologized for the occurrence. I told the young man that I no longer want my food and I only came here to get food, not pick a fight or anything. I sometimes went to this location because the food was good, but now, I will no longer come here if the owner of this establishment hires people that are rude and unprofessional and should just quit their job if they cannot work with customers in a well-mannered setting. Or just in general hate their job. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE to eat here and spend money if you want to be disrespected and wronged for only wanting to be called “hon” by your partner and not some stranger at a restaurant or anywhere else. Very weird behavior and unprofessional.

Raised prices
Staff was rude the manager was rude and employee spit on my burger cause I complained they forgot half my order. Tried to get a refund the manager said I had to do it through the app which I tried and got nothing no response so now ill make it public. DO NOT EAT HERE THEY SPIT ON YOUR FOOD.

It's a typical Burger King, doesn't really stand out from any others. If you've eaten at one, it's the same thing. Take that for what it is, good or bad.

First order in ages but store manager ruined it by rediculous attitude. I did learn that the app captures your first name without telling you, to ID the order(my first order on the app). Order wasn't under my last name and manager said it must be at a different store. Showed her phone order. She continued to jump on me because I didn't know what name order was under. I asked her to check the orders for my contents and she found it under my first name. Way too much attitude for me!

All food apps should aspire to be as user friendly as the BK app. Makes ordering ahead so much easier!!! Everything was hot and freshly made and made exactly as requested.

The evening/night shift is carrying this location on their back! The dayshift is usually BS. I saw two guys shooting dice in the back last time. This time they warmed the burger up with the lettuce tomatoes and onions on it. Which causes the burger to be abnormally hot along with all the toppings as well now it’s soggy too. The day shift needs better workers. If the young man that takes the order and offers the cookies is not there I’m going to leave.

Went through the drive thru late in the evening after a long stressful day. Roderick was amazing!! He was personable, funny and so friendly! He absolutely made our night!!!

I read an article that it was burger week or day and burger king among other places offered a free burger with $1 or more purchase so I stopped by burger king and TRIED to place the order on the app like we are supposed to do but NO where on the app was the free burger offer, just a chicken sandwich. So I went inside to ask, and I was ignored for over 5 minutes, no one even acknowledged I was standing there. Finally a woman asked if she can help me and I mentioned the free burger offer. Her and another male employee both said have to order on app only, I told them its not on the app and they both said well nothing we can do then and walked away. I was fuming at that point and just left. The employees here are rude and not courteous at all. The place needs to hire friendly faces and people who actually know their job and what to do..not a bunch of rude brain dead zombies. Fix your app as well!! I went elsewhere for my dinner.

Amazing time! Michelle was so sweet. It went at 9:24 pm and let me tell the chicken nuggets were so fresh and hot! And my sandwich was amazing def going again for the wonderful service and fast food
