All food apps should aspire to be as user friendly as the BK app. Makes ordering ahead so much easier!!! Everything was hot and freshly made and made exactly as requested.

The evening/night shift is carrying this location on their back! The dayshift is usually BS. I saw two guys shooting dice in the back last time. This time they warmed the burger up with the lettuce tomatoes and onions on it. Which causes the burger to be abnormally hot along with all the toppings as well now it’s soggy too. The day shift needs better workers. If the young man that takes the order and offers the cookies is not there I’m going to leave.

Went through the drive thru late in the evening after a long stressful day. Roderick was amazing!! He was personable, funny and so friendly! He absolutely made our night!!!

I read an article that it was burger week or day and burger king among other places offered a free burger with $1 or more purchase so I stopped by burger king and TRIED to place the order on the app like we are supposed to do but NO where on the app was the free burger offer, just a chicken sandwich. So I went inside to ask, and I was ignored for over 5 minutes, no one even acknowledged I was standing there. Finally a woman asked if she can help me and I mentioned the free burger offer. Her and another male employee both said have to order on app only, I told them its not on the app and they both said well nothing we can do then and walked away. I was fuming at that point and just left. The employees here are rude and not courteous at all. The place needs to hire friendly faces and people who actually know their job and what to do..not a bunch of rude brain dead zombies. Fix your app as well!! I went elsewhere for my dinner.

Amazing time! Michelle was so sweet. It went at 9:24 pm and let me tell the chicken nuggets were so fresh and hot! And my sandwich was amazing def going again for the wonderful service and fast food

Food is usually great and the employees are usually nice on my visits.
I did not rate food on this review because I didn’t actually even get the chance to get past ordering.
Pulled up to order and as soon as the girl started talking I knew she was not happy about working there.
Everyone has bad days so I decided to try and order anyway.
The entire time she was rude, short and straight up talking to me in a way like I was bothering her for even coming there.
I asked if they had any kid meals because I could not find them on the menu and was met with a snarky response once again.
Right then I decided to put the car in reverse and drive 15 minutes to the Burger King in Bethalto.
The experience in Bethalto was exactly what the Burger King in Alton should have been.
Shift manager was very apologetic when I called to inform her what had happened.
She deserves 5 stars and a raise for being professional, apologetic and taking action.
Terrible place. Its says its open until 11pm. Im in the hotel nearby witou car. I came walking and they dont accept me.ordering because Im not im a car. Quite ridiculous rules.

Food was good...after I got someone to actually acknowledge I was there. Had people behind the counter walk right by me while I was standing at the counter. Soda machine was out of almost everything. Had to ask for coke zero from behind the counter. Floor was oily and wife said she almost slipped. The one guy is kinda cringy. It's like man I just want my food. So if you aren't into weird interactions with your food you may want to skip this location.

Terrible customer service. Driver through cashier was not friendly and very stone face looking. Ask 2 speak 2 manager. She was verbally abusive. So ask could I get the corporate # - She told me NO iam not giving it 2 u. Proceed 2 tell me 2 look it up if u want it. So yess!! this first and last time I will be supporting this location 👎🏾
