Great food and service. If you're on the outskirts of St Louis on the Illinois side, it's worth the stop. It's a supper club with plenty of eating options. I had the 3 pieces dark fried chicken option, and it was more than enough. The service was fantastic ... family friendly too.

Grew up in Alton & used to go to the Moonlight all the time; then we moved away. This is our first visit back there in over 40 years & we were not disappointed. The fried chicken has got to be the BEST we have ever had--just amazing! The onion rings are still home made & the drink I had actually tasted like there was some booze in it!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to anyone who hasn't been there. Wonderful food & wonderful memories! Thank you!

Had a large party with short notice today and they accommodated us with no issues. Josie our waitress was one of the best servers we have had in a long time.

We ordered white meat fried chicken and provolone smothered chicken. The chicken was tough on both orders. Onion Rings was delicious.

/I ordered dinner on Sunday 8/17/2025 for my family. Paid $125.00. And it was horrible. I ordered 25 pieces of chicken mixed. All the legs smelled and taste horrible, like the were spoiled. The pan of salad was plain iceberg lettuce. Just plain lettuce. I ordered my meal from the website for pickup and of course they use grub hub so when we called to complain the manager on duty told us that we had to take it up with grup hub.
