Some people are just genuinely impatient with the fact that food takes time. And some people do not realize that “freaky fast” is not their slogan anymore, but hey reading comprehension isn’t everyone’s strong suit. Everytime I step foot in this Jimmy johns, it’s incredibly welcoming. Especially Devyon, Brian, Thomas T, and Alison. I mean, seriously!! I’ve NEVER had any fast food worker go above and beyond for me, and they do every single time without a complaint or anything less than a smile! Everyone is ALWAYS smiling, the food is always wonderful, correct and fresh, I’ve not had an issue one. You can tell the people here enjoy their job. To whoever reads these reviews, you have amazing workers!!!
And I hope that the people who are complaining read my review. Learn some patience. You’re not the only person who wants to eat. (and if you’re on a time limit, maybe don’t place an order last minute, yeah? I bet it’ll work wonders for you next time if you properly plan.)😊

I waited in line for 20 minutes and it suppose to be freaky fast. I get maybe it was short staffed but jimmy John’s is supposed to be fast.

Tried to get a sandwich at the Alton JJ on Homer Adams parkway. Sat in the drive thru for over 5 minutes and left without a sandwich. (The line wasn’t moving) I would have gone inside but the cars in the drive thru line were blocking all the parking spaces. Really poor setup.

Everyone was so friendly and fast with making our sandwiches. We had an oops with our order but they had such a quick solution which made things smoother for us. Honestly this is one of the nicest Jimmy John’s I have been to. 🙏🏽💖

Took almost 1hr in a half for an order to be delivered. When called they said it was one driver that it was on the way. No compensation offered or anything. Poor customer service.

Did an online order after 8, bypassed the window due to me not needing to order and the inside being closed. Guy says "we actually order at the window buddy" while he points as if im stupid. Then proceeds to put extra lettuce on the wrong sandwich and also doesnt toast my blt like it says on the receipt. Whos the idiot now
