Went into store to pick up two door dash orders that weren't large orders. Waited over 20 minutes for 2 orders and watched 14 people come and go in the drive through and 7 people come and go in the lobby before I got my orders, the one order was a diet, Coke and a Dr. Pepper and when they gave me the sodas, they did not have marked which 1 was which so when I asked them which 1 was which so I could let the customer know in case they were diabetic. Which was very unprofessional for a management position?Literally told me that I did not have to come back to the store if I did not like it and they would not tell me which one was diet and which one was , doctor pepper. File a complaint with 1 800 call KFC the review on here and I will be contacting the district manager for that store to have something done about this. You should not tell your customers that they don't have to come back to the store.Because they ask which one is diet and which one is doctor pepper
Good luck if they get your order. The last 3 times my orders were wrong and missing my side orders. It's just not the same since they did away with their buffet. The quality of the food has really declined.

This place use to be good to get chicken from. I’m tired of having to run back to this store because they screwed up the order. Even when you went in store and get home to find out they messed up. Wife ordered Mac n cheese and we ended up getting corn instead in our it bag. Call to get our order correct with spending about $50 on a family meal just to get a small 12 pieces of chicken tenders and only a two person split for sides and a pot pie. When we have more than two people at home. KFC fix your pricing because 30 dollars for 12 small chicken strips and mashed potatoes and gravy and biscuits and suppose to be Mac n cheese is not worth it anymore. I could have made 3x that for how much my wife spent tonight and no compensation for messing up order by only just to get Mac n cheese.

Every time we come here during normal business hours, they act like they are closed. Are they ever open? The doors are either locked or the drive thru says it’s closed. That’s ok we have decided to just go to Popeyes chicken now.
Waited for food for 20 minutes. Didn't even come out hot. Wasn't given utensils or the sauce I asked for twice. Bad experience overall.

Lady was super nice. But when I pulled up dudes literally smashing (stiff armed leaning on top of it) my 55 dollars of chicken into a bucket not big enough. Bottom 6 pieces were unrecognizable. I wont be back for a family dinner, they make you pay for ording alot food. Lol.
Then, the other guy brings my sides around the corner while mouth visibly chewing.

I came through drive threw, bout 8:15pm 12/1/25. It's a snow storm, I decided to stop for dinner running late home, from busy work day. I requested a 4 piece meal no thighs, asked which fir an replacement, I replied breast. My daughter's very picky eater. I received not a breast in the box, old redipped chicken, it was so insulting, I called to inform them. 3 calls, NO answer. 2 leg, thigh, wing. Total opposites of what we paid for and eat. 😢, lousy customer service

My partner and I had a genuinely great experience at this KFC on 11/28 during the lunch hour and it truly deserves recognition. The front line order taker, Winter, made an immediate positive impression. She was friendly, personable, and welcomed every guest with the same warm and genuine attitude no matter if it was slow or busy. Her service was prompt and pleasant, and it felt far from the robotic interactions you sometimes get in fast food. She really set the tone for the visit.
The lobby was clean and well kept and the whole team carried a helpful and upbeat energy. Another employee went out of their way to hand me my food directly rather than just placing it on the counter. It was a small gesture but it made the experience feel more considerate and attentive.
The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. It was everything we hope for when we visit KFC. What made this visit stand out was how the staff elevated the interaction. They engaged comfortably with customers, showed genuine care in their service, and made a typical fast food stop feel much more meaningful.
Overall, it was an excellent visit for both of us and definitely a location we would happily return to.

I tried buying chicken from this location I was told there out of extra crispy chicken when I asked how long it would take to get more was told that they were not worry about cooking anymore that they are only serving dark meat on tue
I didn't get to get any of their food because my son wanted to eat inside and we were going to eat inside they do not have a hours listing for the lobby so therefore I got no food and it's was at 8:51 when they told me the lobby was closed. Again I could not check the service or the atmosphere or the food because the lobby was closed and they did not have any hours for the lobby they only had it for the total operations.
Love that COLESLAW😋😋😋

Check the reviews!! For the last 6 months they’ve been horrible! Go to reviews and hit the newest to see what’s been happening RECENTLY.. not 5 and 6 years ago.. I visited on 7/5/25 about 5:20 pm and ordered 2 $7.00 bowls through the drive thru. I checked my food before leaving and immediately noticed the tiny portion of mashed potatoes I was given so I went back in and requested a new one that had the correct amount inside. As the lady was grabbing the mashed and gravy she was talking and laughing scooping my food. I waited and was hoping she’d stopped talking and laughing while preparing it but she didn’t so I politely asked her if she could remake them and this time to please not talk over the food. She began making it with no problem but as she was scooping them up the manager appeared out of nowhere. (A big black gay man with braids) he asked me what the issue was and I explained to him that I was afraid of spit and whatever else flying out of her mouth as she was talking over my food. He said well that only happens when someone has a gap or missing tooth😳 apparently he’s never heard of people talking and spitting by accident never heard of a lisp or anything similar. So I told him that’s not the case.
I went on to tell him I asked the lady to remake the mashed and she’s doing it with no problem. I told him she DE-escalated while he ESCALATED the issue. He told me I shouldn’t be eating out food if I was concerned about people spitting and talking while making my food. I then told him that he and the young lady should probably switch positions and let her be the manager while you’re the associate. He said he would love that and she could have his manager position. I told him to give me his name so we could make that happen. He refused..of course he did. Looking me up and down saying YOU sure can’t get me fired...YOU can’t make that happen while refusing to give me his name.. no name tag on.. I told him if he didn’t want to work there why was he there? Nobody is forcing you to come there daily. I told him he was just talking because it was free.. he will be back there again today and tomorrow and the day after that. Why tho?? And you HATE your job.. telling a customer that you’d wish the young associate take your position is one of the most unprofessional things you can do at work while representing a company.. and HE KNOWS he will face absolutely no consequences for his actions.. ATP it was heated and a hot mess all because he came from the back with his sassy and very unprofessional unpleasant behavior. If my request was too much just give me my money back.. Let me remind you, he was the one that prepared the very little mashed potatoes with a sprinkle of gravy on it in the first place causing me to have to come back
I told him he could give the young lady his position by not coming back to work again. SIMPLE.. he was very upset and I was aggravated. Arguing with a sass ball sorry excuse of a manager while my chicken strips are outside getting cold. If you see the big black guy with braids BEWARE! Look at the other reviews about HIM specifically. He’s been accused of putting strands of hair in peoples food to refusing refunds for food purchased 30 minutes ago that people are still waiting for, to being very condescending towards the customers that give HIM a reason to have a job. KFC sees this and they know this! They don’t care at this point so I don’t either.. my money will spend wherever I take it.. I won’t be back to spend another dime with them.. the reviews aren’t lying people. Check your food before leaving and if possible just order inside so you can keep your head on a swivel..
