I've ordered food from here multiple times and EVERY TIME I have not gotten everything I ordered. Guess tonight was no different, and because it was an hour before closing they just didnt care, or ran out and didnt care to tell me. When I tried to call it just rang, and rang, and rang. Terrible service.

We came with the coupon and told the lady at the window and she okay " got your coupon and here is the total. Got to the window and got the receipt and she charged me full price for everything and then told me they are to busy to fix it. With nobody in line behind me!!! I didn't get a refund then our food was made wrong. Will never come back here. I work a hard job and someone with a fast food job can't even get a order right and lying to peoples faces! We order on 2/27/25 at 5:30pm. The lady and boy at the window should be talked too because this isn't okay!!

Please check your food before leaving the Drive Thru!!!!!!!! They will expect you to drive back and get what THEY missed! I do work in Alton, so I suggested they just created me the amount I paid on my next order. Kiera said that is not possible. The assistant manager (KIERA) was very sarcastic, had a very nasty attitude and tone with me!!! The atmosphere only got 5 stars because we ate at home!!!

Worst service EVER! Left us wait for 20 minutes in the drive through for 1 chicken sandwich. I went in to get my money back and was refused. Asked to speak to a manager and was refused! Never ever go there. Hopefully they go out of business.

They sent the notification that the food was ready 40 minutes before it was.
They didn't give us half the food. Then fought me about it. The manager came over and confirmed the worker was wrong and gave us the food.
Dirty lobby on top of everything.

I had the absolute worst experience. I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. We ordered our food. They informed us it would be approximately 10 minutes. We paid and they asked us to pull to the front of the building. After sitting there for 25 minutes, we went inside to make sure they did not forget us. When we went in, they acted as if we were dumb that we were concerned about our food then informed us that they didn't have any more biscuits, which they supposedly had 30 minutes prior when we ordered. They never apologized and never admitted that they'd forgotten us. It was as if we had done something wrong. I will never return to this restaurant. Also, it was $40 for terrible food.

We paid and they asked us to pull to the front of the building. After sitting there for 25 minutes, we went inside to make sure they did not forget us. Got the $20 meal and they were out of breast. After waiting 20 + minutes They gave me 2 extra pieces but all the chicken looked like it came from a baby chick. Will not be getting that again.. KFC has went downhill

Horrible. Worst drive thru worker ever. He didn't have a name tag but he is a very large "man" African American with cornrows and a tattoo on his neck and glasses. He was very lazy and rude.
