Pizza was fine but, I waited over an hour for my food! I ordered ahead of time on the app, the app said my order was ready so I drove to the store drive through, they told me to pull around front and they’ll bring it out. I pulled around front and sat for an hour! I called them and they said “Sorry sir, it’s coming out of the oven right now.” I literally only ordered two things. Unacceptable

I was waiting for pizza. They had off duty employee in the kitchen area talking about personal stuff and being loud. I felt this was slowing down working crew. As they would stop working and talk back
Cashier was cusing like a sailor and had absolutely zero customer service it was like the whole experience was uncomfortable will never return to this establishment if I see the woman working. Happened at 6:30pm 9/23/24 on Monday if the owner wants to watch it on camera
