We came in the other night and ordered 3 of the 4-piece fried chicken with fries boxes and a side of cole slaw. Let me tell you, it was exactly like Woody’s chicken, and the coleslaw was 🤌🏼💋 absolutely delicious! Even after storing my leftovers in the fridge overnight, the chicken skin stayed crispy and flavorful! The staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. 100/10! Will definitely be back!
This was my first try this Hidden Gem. I have to say the the Fried Chicken was delicious the okra was great. And the service was great. If you haven't eaten here you should try it.
She was very kind, and my appetizer (Fried Pickles) and side (Greens) were amazing. However the main dishes were lacking. The Shrimp Alfredo sauce tasted like it was from a jar, and my grandma ordered the chicken and mashed potatoes. The potatoes tasted like box mix potatoes. It was decent but did not feel like soul food to either of us.
