I went through the drive through and used my app and gave them the code which was for a free medium fry with the purchase of a drink I purchased the drink along with a cheeseburger when I got to the window the fries were missing and I was told you weren't rung up for that and I explained that I used my code and they were free well you won't run up for that I will not be going back

They seem to be understaffed every time I go there. I ordered 2 McChickens with tomato, and neither sandwich had a tomato. They also forgot one of our drinks, and we had to order it at the pick-up window.

This is the third time have come through had to Waite 35 minutes just to get our food and it was all cold. You would think if you are gonna make you're customers wait 30 + minutes for fast food it could at least be fresh, or at least warm enough to eat. 🫤😕

Very disappointed with my. First they handed me 2 orders of other people's orders then they gave me my order and it was a mess, fries all over the bag, wasn't even full orders of fries, drinks weren't filled up but alittle over half way, and no straw. Think I'll be taking my money elsewhere.
If I could give negative Stars I would... I don't go out to eat often but I did go for my lunch the other day and my so called meal sucked fries we cold and they gave me a mcchicken sandwich instead of a mcdouble

30 minute time limit with purchase? Are you frigging serious? What has this company come to? Guess I'm never taking my kids to ANY mcdonalds again if this is the kind of thing corporate allows. Not friendly at all.

If I could give this place no stars I would, but unfortunately I have to leave atleast 1 star to make the review!! The service is trash. The manager who bags the food open everyone’s food without gloves, which is very nasty and unsanitary. I order my food and literally waited for 30 mins before asking for a refund. Remind you they have a sign in the dining area that say you can’t be inside no longer than 30 mins… THE NERVESSS OF THESE PEOPLE! Absolutely do not recommend to a damn dog!

Food and service is always great. They make the best cheeseburgers at their location. Atmosphere isn't the best, bathroom toilet paper is usually out. Homeless people yelling and digging through their trashcans. Scared my daughter so won't be taking her inside again.
