Ordered my food at 7:15 didn’t receive till after 7:45 we were the only ones in dinning room. When receiving food I realized my daughter was still missing her fries so after going to the front counter and waiting I then had to call just to get help at the counter with an attitude of course. Very unprofessional. You should be attending to your customers not sitting around (I’d assume in the office since I only seen one person in drive) management DO BETTER

Work in the area and stopped in today at 12:30. I have tried to ignore how depressingly dirty the place is. The food is usually reasonable. The woman in the yellow sweatshirt (no uniform/no nametag) who was handing out food got three orders in a row wrong (including mine). She forgot to wring a customer up for french-fries, admittedly gave a customer the wrong wraps but noticed after he left, and forgot my wraps entirely (and guess what, when I asked her about it I got the wrong wraps). Her walking around scratching the top of her head and eating fries while handling food was in line with my expectations. Do better.

I got there a good five minutes before lunch and because the line wasn't moving, I didn't get up to the menu board until exactly 10:30. They wouldn't let me order breakfast because they had literally just switched over to lunch, so the entire trip was a waste of my time. What, was I supposed to order a Big Mac at 10:30AM?

I live right up the road from this location and I have been two times and I will never go back now. The first time I ordered a pumpkin pie and gave the lady the change and a five dollar bill at the window all at the same time, she then told me that she could not take change and has a complete attitude with me, shuts the window in my face. I get to the next window, the lady in a blue shirt with what looks like red longer hair with a very pasty face says she is the manager. I politely told her what happened. She then slammed the window in my face and rolled her eyes at me my second time going back. I ordered two pies again. I get to the second window and it is the same lady who said that she was the manager last time. Again rolls her eyes and slams the window in my face for no other reason than to have an attitude.
I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 12 1/2 year, so I immediately called up there to get her name because I did not get it she slammed the window in my face so fast. She refuses to give me her name on the phone so I asked her who the highest manager was there, and she would not properly pronounce the name for the life of her. You could definitely tell this girl was giving me the runaround and hated her job.

This has to be one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They are rude, arrogant and very disrespectful.
I have been to this location quite a few times while traveling to visit my daughter with zero issues. Today, we ordered two egg McMuffins. They were not busy, and it took 15 minutes. When I inquired about the long wait. I was told it takes a long time to cook real eggs. I'm not buying that. Not sure what the real issue was, but just know, you may not have a quick drive-thru if you order an egg McMuffin.

F-tier service; very slow and plenty of employees playing, chatting, and eating in the kitchen, ignoring customers. No free refills, no free water, no free sauces. Also, they closed down one of the drive thru lanes.
Do not go to this McDonald's. Force the location to clean up their act before supporting them.
