If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a 6 piece McNuggets happy meal and a quarter pounder with cheese meal. All of the Fries was cold, my 6 piece happy meal came with no nuggets only choc milk fries and 2 bags of apple slices, and my QP patty was pink on the inside. I don’t even know how you manage that. This is the worst mcdonalds in the area they should just get shut down. Always rude and impatient workers and they NEVER EVER get a meal right.

I get Door Dash breakfast. The last 2 x I've gotten from 2400 homeradams parkway there items missing from sealed bag. Food is expensive how hard is it to check twice before sealing the bag.

I went in for lunch on my break and made my order and waited. Guy comes in after me and after 5 minutes he starts complaining and I told him to be patient and quiet or they’ll mess with your food. 10 minutes go by then 15. They’re pumping orders out the drive thru though. Door dashers come and go. Finally the complaining guy gets his food. All I had was a chicken sandwich meal?? After 20 minutes I literally have to get back to work so I ask for a refund. They act offended and mad. The heavier manager gave me my refund rudely and when my food finally came up as she was giving me my money she rudely says he doesn’t want it anymore. Yes I do but not now. So being old I call the manager and while I was talking to her another woman in the background yells he’s got his money what else does he want??? So I apologized for bothering them and promised I wouldn’t again. They later called offering me food but I declined you guys are mean and I don’t want none of your mean food. The one after you get off the bridge is much better.

The reason I gave it a star is because it doesn't give me a 1/4 star option.. Order chicken big mac and get a regular big mac.. the burger is size of a air hockey puck and the chicken is hard enough to break a window... i don't care what job u do u should do it to the best of ur ability because it's a reflection of you and how u expect to make it anywhere if u can't even perform at a fast food restaurant? Mc Donald's need a overhaul or shut down... JUST TERRIBLE... WHITE CASTLE BURGER IS BIGGER AND BETTER...
THE WORST. Big Mac had to have been just thrown into the serving box. One giant sloppy mess. The fish sandwich was t much better. Had to be reconstructed. The staff, as watched, at the drive up window spent more time on their personal phones than performing their job. Then, they allowed a person walk up to the drive through window, stop all car service, and take a ridiculous amount of time dealing with them. I fully intend disputing this charge on my credit card. The staff there flat doesn’t care and apparently neither do the owner/franchisees.

Kids shooting nerf guns at employees at the drive thru, none of my food had lettuce or tomatoes or any condiment. Empoyees in there playing grab ass more than working, while managers just watch it all happen. Horrible service and horrible work ethic
