They don’t actually have delivery drivers so they expedite it with Door Dash, who then just says they couldn’t find the place and steals your food. Had to drive up there to get it resolved. Same problem as Godfrey Domino’s.

When we had trouble placing the order online due to their site having issues, we called to place the order over the phone instead. The boy over the phone pretended he was the manager and then hung up on us. We then called back and spoke to the real manager a woman who was suprised that anyone claimed to be her. We chose not to eat there. The woman was nice but it was so unprofessional and weird and we were an inconvenience for making an order. 10/10 don't reccomend this location

One star is 3 stars more than this place deserves. I placed an order online and the idiots at this store changed my delivery order to a carry out order. When I called I was forwarded to an out of state customer service rep who had trouble finding my order. Then transferred me back to the store where they apologized and told me they were changing it to a delivery order just to wait another hour. So 90 more minutes later I called back, was forwarded to another out of state customer service rep who told me the POS at the store cancelled my order and placed "customer changed mind" under the reason field. I last ordered in March because they had such terrible quality to the food but I thought after time maybe things were better but I was clearly wrong. How in the world is this place still in business? Oh yeah. Because when they cancelled the order they didn't issue a refund until I asked for it.

Alton, IL Pizza Hut is consistently a positive experience. Pick up time is always quick and food is always yummy! Staff members are friendly when you go in to pick up. My favorite pizza place in town. Wish they still had an eat in location!
