Anytime i come to the Alton popeyes workers are coming in and out the door to talk to their friends while cars are LINED up waiting for their food. There is no enthusiasm in serving customers there’s nothing. This place sucks and manager needs to do a better job hiring people.

Food good service is trash. Have you pull to a parking spot so they can take their time. Bring you just your sandwiches without fries or a drink. The lady said pull back around and gave me large fries for the inconvenience but never gave me my drinks. Overall 🚮 and its the only one in the area.

The staff were nice and welcoming! Good deals on food. The chicken wasn't super hot. I liked the sauce that was recommended to me by the staff.

Someone should check the employees at this location. The girls on this shift don’t appear to know what they’re doing. Very bad experience.

Popeyes corporate should take their name off this establishment. This place hurts the Popeyes brand in such an epic yet braindead fashion, I forgot what I ordered after waiting 45min. Everyone who works here does not care. If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. Absolutely atrocious that I paid for this experience.

The front worker was short staffed and doing it all on her own. She was calm and kind and did a wonderful job. The food was amazing and worth the wait.

Do NOT go to this Popeyes ever. They served me raw chicken today. Multiple pieces. I didn't realize until after I had bitten into a couple and noticed the texture was wrong.

I ordered 5 extra biscuits with my meal and after 30 minutes of waiting drove home and found no biscuits.

They not only got my order wrong but they short you on the sides, a half a cup of $6.99 mac&cheese. I wanted 50/50 mild and hot but got mostly hot and im feeding children. I'm going the KFC for now on. They need to tear that place down. How are you even worse after a remodel.

35 minute wait with only 3 cars there, ended up getting cold food, the workers were kind about it, but that's crazy :(

Went through drive thru told to pull up. Sat there for 20 minutes waiting on a 8 PC meal. Lady sitting next to me said she had been waiting 1 hour for a 10 PC meal. I got out of car went in to see what was going on. Chicken was ready all sitting under heat lamps. 2 employees had bad attitudes beefing with each other about working. Not one person inside eating and everyone in drive been told to pull up. No orders coming out and why because with their attitudes towards each other they just were not filling orders. Then another employee came up. Coughing in shirt but over food. When I told her what was going on she turned and said can you get this order they say they been waiting outside and now they have came in. They slammed my order together with attitude. Then gave me a bag with half my order. I would never go back there again. They can keep their attitudes for someone else. Let me guess they probably think they deserve 20 dollars an hour too.
