They Would Not Let Me Get My Chicken Pieces, The Way I Wanted! They Are Very Nasty

Your staff on the evening of Tuesday aug12th had me 50 minutes late for a 16 piece DD order with a wrap. Continued to fill drive-through. Forgot to make the wrap. Then after your cook was told. He kept doing other stuff. 50 minutes late.

I have visited this restaurant numerous times. They never have enough chicken on hand to fill an order. I decided to try placing the order through the corporate website and gave them 45 minutes to prepare the order before my pickup time. Once I arrived, I pulled up to the drive-thru menu and sat for a couple minutes without being acknowledged. I then pulled up to the window and observed 2 female employees leaning on the counter playing on their cellphones. After sitting at the window, and ignored, for a couple minutes, I honked my horn. I was rudely greeted by both employees who stated they knew nothing about my order. Of course, they didn't have enough chicken to fulfill my 12 piece order. I was told to park in the parking lot and my order would be out in 12 minutes. I waited over 30 minutes and finally left. I contacted Popeyes online for a refund. I was not issued a refund and instead was offered a $20 coupon for the $56.95 order that I didn't receive. This restaurant is a complete joke, and there was 1 other customer there the entire time I sat there. If you are local, and frustrated with this restaurant never being able to fulfill your order, DO NOT use the online ordering service thinking they will prepare your order before arriving. You will get the same horrible treatment and still receive no food, but you have to pay for it! You have to try really hard to run a business this poorly!

Staff doesn't want to maintain the restaurant and most times don't prepare properly, long wait times, unavailable items because of unwillingness to prepare food and very dirty all thru out

I called several times throughout day and kept getting bogus automatic answering service asking for service codes instead of live agent. If I can't speak to someone about my food prior to purchasing, my business is not wanted!

Waited for 20 mins just to get my order taken and no one ever took my order had to drive off. There was one car that ordered in from of me and that was all. There was no one at Popeyes at all! Empty, so I don't know what was going on.

This was a waste of my time. I will not be back. This was over two hours before they closed. Went through the drive thru and told them I had placed an order online and the asked me for my name and then said. We ain’t got that chicken. You can either get a refund or they will leave the receipt for the day shift and I could pick up my food tomorrow. I said I wanted a refund then. They said get it online. I asked how and she said online. This is ridiculous.

Every time we go in or order online they always claim to be out of almost every side except fries. Maybe it's time to give somewhere else a try.

Just shut this location down. Waited over 30 mins for an online order before i decided to just leave. I had to dispute the charge with my bank because they refused to refund it.

The employees straight up treat you like trash the instant something is put in to question, such as not having an item in the order and they don't offer any replacements instead just leave you sitting there. Oh and if you ask if they can replace said item they demand you go in their lobby even though the order online says I could pick it up in drive-thru. Food is good however always out of something don't waste your time and energy.

I haven’t gotten a correct order from here in a decade. Hell they don’t even bother to listen to your order. Classic Popeyes execution. If you want the experience you see in Tik Tok come to this bad boy lol.

The employees were rude. I tried to order my food online and they told me they were closed when it clearly states they were open at 10am and they wouldn’t give me my refund and said I had to go through DoorDash which was false. I highly recommend not going to this location
