Honestly won’t be coming back sat for 20 minutes in drive through after being pulled forward with no explanation then the food comes out cold as can be. Very disappointed waste of money and time. Complete waste of money

Terrible place! Just terrible I’ve been sitting outside for 30 minutes for a 3 piece chicken tender that I know for a fact has takes 4 or so minutes to cook in the grease. The last time I came they left out my side of Mac and cheese. There was no where for me to express my concerns or call even the website wouldn’t let me put in my receipt code and kept rerouting me away. I doubt they care and aren’t willing to change. This was your last chance Popeyes I’m done.

There has been no change at this resteraunt in my life at this location. I'm 40. Every employee that I've known or who has known an employee says the kitchen is never clean. Popeyes doesn't care in 40 years..

Sat in the drive thru waiting for my order to be taken nobody said anything for 10 minutes so decided to leave and I see the workers in there leaning on the counter on their cell phones doing nothing… And this isn’t the first time this has happened!! Lazy employees place should just be shut down!!!!

The food is good, but since I don't eat biscuits so they should have the option to substitute or a deductible. And they give very few Cajun sparkles regardless of the size of the order!

I wish this place would shut down already…

Me and my girlfriend had went inside to get a family meal and I'm the end ended up not even getting any food because they couldn't take cash we're only accepting cards..

Horrible experience. It started off ok. Went thru drive ordered number 1 combo, lg drink lg fry. Out of lg lids, settled for med drink. Get order finally, tiniest little amt of fries ever. Walk in and ask Is this a lg fry? Did you order of fry? , show receipt, attendant fills lg fry tosses on counter and leaves to back room with a thank you as she leaves. I’m done with this place. The whole town in my opinion has gone to hell.

In-app delivery order. Then called to confirm order. Was told kitchen was closed. Received refund the next morning. Next day took over an hour to receive order. Of course the food was cold.

This is the worst-managed Popeyes I’ve ever visited. There was only one car ahead of me, yet I was asked to park and wait in the lot for a couple of items. After waiting over 15 minutes with no one bringing my order, I had to go inside and remind them, and only then did they start preparing it.

The poor service might have been excusable if the food were decent, but it wasn’t. The chicken looked old and unappetizing, to the point where I didn’t feel comfortable giving it to my child. I ended up throwing it away.

Avoid this store—terrible service and food quality.

The place is just downright gross my food was gross the employees were rude my order was wrong when I called to speak to the manager and tell them my concerns they just laughed and hung up on me I would highly highly suggest not going to the Alton Illinois location

Heaven forbid you follow the instruction on the website when mobile ordering that clearly reads pull up to the drive thru and give them your mobile order number. Get there in a heavy rainstorm and made to come into the building. Huh?

HORRIBLE experience…I’ve tried several trips always hoping - because I like Popeyes other locations. This trip the worst- out if chicken wings, out of every drink but Coke. ONLY TAKING CARDS FOR PAYMENT. Ordered a Diet Coke, was given regular Coke -I can’t have regular. Only told of the switcheroo when I pressed it and was told regular Coke was the only drink available. She must have figured I’d drive off before I noticed. Also ONLY TAKING CARDS for payment - so too much hassle to get a refund for my drink. Have lost confidence in eating there. So poorly run I’m doubtful they do what they should for hygiene and food safety…
