I ordered online from this Subway and arrived expecting my food to be ready. It wasn’t, and the staff looked at me as if they’d never handled an online order before. I waited in line for 20 minutes, only to find out my order had been sitting there the whole time. The employee told me they didn’t realize it was mine because they thought I said ‘Craig’ when the order was for ‘Greg.’ The overall experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I won’t be returning to this location.

This place is so gross. The managers are kids that don't know what they're doing or how to even make a sandwich. As they're making my sandwich I see baby cockroaches crawling by the food and pay area. I said something to them and they just looked at me like I well. Not sorry. Nothing. They won't give you refunds. They expect you to eat more of their gross food as a refund. Sorry but if I get grossed out over cockroaches by my food I don't want more. Really. Rude. Nasty and don't care!!

Not sure how a Subway runs out of bread but there were 3 workers there tonight. I arrived 30min before close. And there was a sign that read no bread. The workers then laughed once we read the signed. One left early and they continued to eat food and drink drinks behind the counter. If u guys wanted to close early just say that…

Absolutely awful experience. Ordered online for pickup. Got there 5 minutes before predicted pickup time. It wasn't ready so I sat patiently with my three year old since they seemed pretty busy. There was three customers in there when I arrived and one walked out after about 15 minutes of me being there. The other two customers were still being helped this whole time. The one customer was basically coaching them through how to do their job; what was included on their signature sandwiches, toasting a sandwich, cooking a pizza etc. As a manager myself, it was embarrassing to watch. I still just sat their quietly and patiently until a new customer walked in at the same time as another Subway employee. The new Subway employee almost immediately started taking the new customers order. I intervened and asked that my order be made since it was supposed to be ready 25 minutes ago. One of the other employees over heard and asked me for my name. She said she couldn't find my order. Asked if it would be under a different name and I said no. She came back after looking again and asked what I ordered. I told her and she said one of the items I listed wasn't on my order. I said okay, I'll just order it now. She said she actually couldn't find my order and said I probably ordered it for a different location. I double checked my order and it was for the right location so I asked her why she said I didn't order something when she couldn't find it to begin with. She got an attitude with me and said she couldn't make me a pizza anyway since all the dough was frozen. One of the customers she has been helping for 30 minutes at this point said "just thaw it in the microwave like you did for me. She can have this one you made for me since you messed it up and forgot pepperoni". The whole experience was an absolute mess. I asked to speak to a manager, which wasn't available. I was told the manager would get a hold of me. How? Idk because all they asked me for was my name but they couldn't find my order with my contact info so. Anyway, after 35 minutes I had to reorder my food and got the pizza that was another customers and have not heard from the manager.

My wife ordered a wrap they tried using flat bread sai they don't have wraps anymore so she switched to a chicken sandwich featuring avocado after the sandwich was made they told us they didn't have avocados all the veggies were frozen and frost covered the chicken was grey. We threw away all the sandwiches. WORST SUBWAY I'VE EVER BEEN TO

Ordered with the app. My bank shows that Subway took my money. Went to the Delmar location, waited around 15 minutes due to only two employees working. There was no order in the system. So I logged into the app...and there was no previous order. Yet, Subway took my money. Went to the website and selected Contact Us. Guess what? It times out. Going to buy subs from Firehouse from now on.

On March 2nd around 2pm, I bought four subs for my family and left. As we ate, I bit into my sub that was halfway done and found a very sharp item that crunched in my mouth. I pulled it out, and it was a fake Hello Kitty fingernail. If one of my kids had eaten this, they might have choked. I brought back the nail, showed it to them, and they said it looked like a red onion. They took the item, threw it away, and then asked me if I had eaten most of the sandwich before issuing me a refund for my sandwich but not for my full order. My whole family threw everything away because we were disgusted. We will not be back to this location or others owned by the same individuals. Some major health issues need to be addressed. I'm honestly not sure how something like this could happen unless crew members are not wearing gloves when customers are around or in the back while preparing items to be brought out.

Have been trying for 20 minutes to contact the store but no answer and goes to a non existent voice mail. Trying to find out about the rest of my order that was not delivered

7:45pm Saw a worker put his hands (no gloves) in both ice tea containers to pull out a plug to drain them. He ran his hands thru his hair before he did the 2nd one, wiped his shirt/shorts after the 1st one and didn’t wash his hands before either. So sad because this was the Subway we used all the time- No longer. Completely disgusting and not to mention unsanitary!!!

So my fiance and I have went there 2 times within the last 3 weeks, and both times we got sick to our stomach. First time, we asked for our sandwiches toasted and their toaster was broken and it was a barely heated sandwich that was handed to us, the chicken was pink and grisley looking in areas. And earlier tonight we decided to try again, and somehow for 2 different footlongs priced at $12.59 each and 2 cookies priced 2 for 1$...our total came out over $32. When I asked for a receipt to look at my charges she was VERY rude in telling me that their receipt printer was out of paper. So not only were we overcharged, we were treated unfairly, and once again I have been puking my guts up for the last few hours. I will never again step foot into any subway you couldn't pay me to go back there again just to get treated like s*** and overcharged and food poisoning.
