Service was fast. However. After opening my lux box not only did the taco fall apart beyond being able to eat. They gave me a chicken burrito when I asked for beef.

I live within five minutes of this Taco Bell. The last five times I have stopped by on my way home from work between 10 PM and 12 AM. I'm always turned away because of some reason. Either they are on break (yes, the entire staff), equipment is broken down, They are out of meat (more than once), etc. I usually end up driving 10 minutes further to a different Taco Bell just so I don't have to hear their excuses at this location. And even worse than any of that, their customer service is always lacking. There's never any forewarning on what the situation is, and when they do explain, they are so rude about it and never have an apology. If it weren't literally the closest fast food restaurant to my home, I would have stopped giving them chances long ago.

They suck. More than once I have had to cancel an order or leave without even being able to place one. Whoever is on their closing shifts is unprofessional and inconsiderate I placed my order 2 hours before close and even then they turned two of the my dashers away. Do not recommend at all.

receipt-6fab5c6/18/2025. I ordered a burrito supreme for my spouse and a nachos bellegrande without beans. The chips tasted old, stale, and had a smell to them. Since I was already back home, I just made do with what I had here at home. However, it is a lot of money to get crap for food.

This experience was my reminder to ALWAYS check the order before leaving the premises. I don't think I've ever had this many things wrong with a single order. Nacho fries cold and hard, 5 piece nuggets had ridiculously small pieces that were cold and hard, my loaded nachos did not have guacamole, AND they forgot my cinnabons. The only thing that was good was the Baja blast. Go to the Homer Adam's location and avoid this location unless you want your entire order to be ruined.

Prolly the worst taco bell I've ever been too. I ordered online around 10pm and didn't get my food until 10:20. The chalupa shell was as hard as a chip and my actual chips tasted awfullll (old frier grease). Do not come to this location, waste of money!!!

I’m completely unsatisfied. I got the $9 box the dorito taco was soggy and cold. The hard shell taco was soggy at the bottom as well even though I requested a soft shell taco. This Oder was definitely made already and since it was close to end of shift they just handed me what was left I’m assuming. There is now way hard shell tacos should be soggy after a 3 minute drive home. I asked for a large Baja blast w/ light ice and I got a large Baja blast full
Of ice. I called the location as soon as I got home at about 11:30pm and I called again at 11:50 pm and got no answer even tho they don’t close until 12:00AM. I should have know when my box wouldn’t even close . Stop being lazy towards the end of yall shift.
