Ugh, this place used to have decent employees and food. Not anymore!! Anything cooked in their oil was putrid! Pretty sure it's old oil, and no one wants to change it. When we got to the drive-thru to place our order at 5:20 p.m., we were told they weren't taking orders due to a shift change and that we could come back in 15 minutes. We waited in their parking lot and witnessed 15 other vehicles be told the same thing, and they all went to McDonald's! We should've gone to McDonald's. At least we would've been treated better and had decent fast food. After waiting the 15 minutes we drove back to the speaker to place our order and the employee taking our order was very rude and impatient, our son usually takes a little longer to figure out what he wants and we told her that before we placed our order. The chips, chalupas, and everything else that was fried tasted absolutely horrid!! The cantina chicken burrito tasted like it had sat out all day, and they gave us a baja blast freeze when we ordered the soda. Now we're all sick, and we REFUSE to support this locations business!! Eat anywhere else but here!!

This Taco Bell is constantly out of food from The menu. Like literally every time I order. Also, see the picture for the amount of sauce they put in the cup. Fill the stupid cup up with sauce, I’m not paying for 1/4 of a cup of sauce.

Good food when they're open. Google hours and posted hours don't actually reflect business hours physically. Usually the last 1-2 hours advertised as open are either incorrect or limited to door dash orders for door dash drivers. It's a little misleading

Spent $30 on slop! 12 pack of tacos everyone was stuck to the wrapper and tore while unwrapping and broken shells on the tops! Not to mention barely anything inside them but a few pieces of wilted lettuce and grease! Just awful

The absolute rudest people I've ever dealt with in fast food. It was a heavy set man who started yelling at me because I was trying to explain to him that I've picked up the order through the drive through before but he refused to believe me and got belligerent and told me to leave

If I could give negative stars I would. The older lady doesn’t know what she’s doing at all. 12-5-24 at 5pm. Asked us 3 times after handing us our drinks if we got our drinks. Yes but not our food. And then asked what we got when she read what we ordered online at the speaker. Like idk if her paychecks are supporting the crackpipe or what but that’s why yall don’t get that much service. Never coming here again.

I absolutely love taco bell it is a big late night dinner staple for the nights that your working late or have the extracurricular activities to do with kiddos and you just don't feel like cooking too it's perfect. You can never go wrong with soft tacos or nachos and dinner win.
