Usually have a great time at this place. Today was a different story. The food took a while, I guess because I'm not a "regular" there. Mentioned that the part of the food was not up to par today to my waitress... didn't get a sorry it took so long, let me look into it.. no nothing. Very disappointing.

We were 2 women (there was maybe 1 other woman) in the bar and got kicked out because it’s a boys club. Manager comes out, who hadn’t shown his face one time, to tell us anything we were doing “wrong” and gave 0 warning about anything had no compassion. He went from 0-100 and threw us out because 2 or 3 older men wanted to play on the machine that I was sitting at. I didn’t have $ in the machine at the moment because my partner had it in her machine. How can it be ok for 2-3 men to be HARASSING younger women for 10-20 minutes? The machine was not empty the whole time, like I said I just ran out. How did they not get reprimanded? All I gotta say is this was an absolutely disgusting experience, especially for how much we had just spent at your establishment, and I will tell anyone and everyone around that you all are misogynistic rude people. Never will I give you another penny. Lesson to be learned here: just be nice… it’s not that hard at all. Talk to both sides of the situation. It could have been resolved WAY better. Hospitality is not your forte it seems. You never know what people are going through and you all made one of the worst weeks of our lives 10x worse.

Ordered the strawberry daiquiri and it was warted down. Sent back but still watered down. We ordered 2 of the smothered chicken and it was under cooked. Sent it back and they came back with half the original size and it was still under cooked. The manager did nothing to compensate us. Told us it was perfectly cooked which it wasn't. Even our waitress said it was under cooked. I came hungry and left hungry and pissed off after waiting 1.5 hrs. Had stop on our way home to get something else to eat... I will NOT be back!!!!!

Our service was awful, and when we did finally get waited on the gal wasn't friendly at all. I ordered appetizers, the Rangoon was dry and hard and the dipping sauce was not sweet and sour sauce, it was some sort of hot sauce, the chips and queso was homemade potato chips and queso cheese when it should have been tortilla chips. A couple of ladies at my table were charged for drinks that they didn't order, we practically had to hog tie the waitress to get our tickets so we could pay but she was so busy taking bar drinks to guys at the table and standing there flirting with them instead of finishing what she was supposed to be doing. I was walking out when she finally came with 3 of our six tickets and they added a surcharge for the bar which we didn't have drinks from. And they took it up themselves to add a gratuity to my bill because I think they knew that they didn't deserve a tip. They acted like they were so busy and didn't know that we were coming in and we only came in there on the recommendation of our guide for the afternoon. While we were there we had to inhale all the cigarette smoke from all the people smoking at the bar, including the bar maid. I would not recommend this place to anyone that wants a meal, but if you want drinks and a smoke you'll fit right in

Waiter didn't know the special, or what came with an entree. 6 of us at the table. My pretzel, while good, was cold over 25% of it. Not just NOT hot...COLD. My chicken skewers were barely room temperature, dryer than the desert, and flavorless. My twice baked potato was also barely luke warm, and lacked any flavor. My tavern chips were fire, but those are hard to mess up. 2 people got sloppy joes, and both were cold. One got bone in wings, and they were so tough she couldn't even tear the meat away with her teeth. Rough night, or trend?
Who calls an iceberg lettuce with croutons and cheese a cesar salad... it's supposed to be romaine lettuce

placed an online order. They forgot two things and was not noticed till we got home. didnt know that it had to be checked before leaving. wasnt driving 15 mins and then walking 10-15 mins because of the street being closed off for it and they would not refund.
