I wanted to order Mac’s for carry out. Online their website takes you to order through DoorDash. DoorDash notified me my food was ready @ 7:14 via email and push notification on the DoorDash app. I arrived and the person behind the counter gave me the dirtiest look as if I was dirt on her shoe and said that’s not ready and won’t be for a while and I said oh okay I was just checking in because I was notified that it was ready and the person got an attitude and started explaining everything away and I really was just trying to say I was notified and that’s the only reason I was asking. I believe they thought I was a door dasher. However I am not I am a CUSTOMER. Will not ever order from Mac’s again. Do not recommend even to door dash as that person looks down upon people that dash apparently. Anyway finally got my food at 7:49.

Last time I went was served cold food. When I notified the server I was told an excuse and then the went and threw my food in the microwave to warm it up. Disgusting. Servers seem to want to be anywhere else besides working and are rude if you ask for anything.

Extremely prejudice! My husband came there with a group of friends *black guy* and they claimed he was someone who was previously kicked out before and kicked him out while all restaurants reserve the right of service; no one should be treated this poorly! I am deeply sickened and hurt of this treatment. My husband is a peaceful laid back man and an all around good person. Other than the color of his skin you guys had no right !

I have never gave a place Zero in my life until now. Our Bartender/server, Johnny did his best. Stopped in for food after the Alton Boat race. First time ever in this town. After an hour we asked for our bill and left. In Johnny’s defense he did ask us to speak to a manager . We didn’t want to wait any longer. I paid our 38 dollars beer bill, and tipped the guy 10. It was not his fault and he treated us well. We paid 38 bucks waiting for food that never care.

Food was GREAT! Drinks too! Get the onion rings! Don’t sit in the patio. To many flying insects.

The way this man treat his customers throwing their food outside he should be ashamed of himself. I wouldn’t eat here if somebody paid me. Terrible customer service and unhealthy environment. Thumbs down for me.

Inaccessible = unacceptable. Let's start with the fact that they almost unalived me with an undeclared food allergen and the acting manager hung up rather than deal with accountability or even tell us or the doctors what exactly I ingested by eating a bite of their food. An ER trip shouldn't be necessary because a company screwed up, doesn't label items in their freezer, and then attempted to avoid all accountability.

If that wasn't bad enough, disabled persons are not allowed to order off the entire menu. That's right, disabled persons are relegated to a smaller menu including kids items because they aren't hearing, or aren't ambulatory.

If you want to order off of the entire menu, you need to be both ambulatory and hearing. That, frankly, is ridiculous. Because they have no accommodations allowing entry or online ordering of the full menu, if you're a wheelchair user, you need to wheel from another street that has an accessible business on it, wheel a few blocks, and then hope and pray the biergarten is open as that's the only accessible entrance. Then, once you traverse through the minefield of misplaced chairs and seated patrons in what was supposed to be accessible walkways to get to the ramp to get in the actual building, you have to find someone that can take an order while actively ignoring you because you aren't hearing, the bar is inaccessible, and is too tall for them to see you since it's raised and you're at butt-level with other guests seated on unmovable seats around the entire bar section with employees. I'm sorry, it shouldn't be this inaccessible to get a simple dinner with one prefixed side.

This restaurant used to be really good, had hardworking employees, it was dependable, and wasn't this inaccessible, but that's all changed quite a lot. For instance, disabled persons used to be able to order off of the full menu offered to the rest of the general public, not some smaller menu with notably fewer adult meals and kids meals.

There during the all wheels car show. We waited an hour and 5 minutes for a Reuben and a burger. Paid for our drinks and left. Perhaps an explanation of the lengthy wait would have allowed me to make a decision before I ordered.

First time eating here, food is awesome, service was great, good taste in music. The patio scene is great. 10/10 would recommend. Will be coming back again.
