40 minutes to get your food after 15 minutes for them to understand your basic order, manager is rude and florr/lobby is always dirty and sticky. Food was wrong and took 4 attempts to correct it.

ordered online. 2 cars in front of me. sat in like for 30 minutes. got to the window where my online order had been put in 40 minutes prior to see them finally starting the order. SEVERAL people clearly inside with all but one noticably actually working. several cars leaving after me it was so awful.

We work for a business that pulls night shift hours. We just wanted a snack before we went to our next job. So we pulled into the Wendy's in Alton, IL at 11:44 pm and the drive through and walk in dining was closed, there were other customers behind us. This is unacceptable, the hours posted are until 12am, all we wanted was some fries. There was one employee mopping the floor, and he waved me away saying they were closed. False advertisement is what we have here, change your postings. Thank you.

They were so busy, but the wait was very pleasant. Food always great. Worth the patience. Yall should give yahir a raise, he was killing it in the drive through, very friendly, interactive and entertaining during the wait. Great team

Older gentleman here was very friendly. Food was hot and fresh. He even shook my orange juice before handing to me. He said I also included utensils in case you them. Great service!! Thank you!!

We stop here on some Sunday's with 2 of our Grandkids, fresh food almost always. Don't find that often! Great Job 👍

Went inside. No one but me inside one car in drive through the cashier which I think was manager waked by me 4 times and never attempted to wait on me.
