As I'm walking out the door he says what would you like I said to late you walked by me 4 ti.es and didn't care so I'm gone. Poor service when I'm the only one in the building. no matter what this location is beyond horrible. you order pickup and they make you wake 20+ minutes for your order after it says it should be ready even when they have no lines inside or out. employees don’t acknowledge you one bit, and food always tastes like it’s been sitting for hours. this location needs some change

Walked in to order a ghost pepper chicken sandwich. The cashier asks if I want it regular or spicy, obviously she’s as confused as I am. She had to get help to find it on the menu. I ordered the meal large. The drink dispenser is broken so she makes my tea behind the counter. I get my food and the large fry container is not close to full, fries are cold, sandwich is less than appealing to sat the least. I ask for a refund and they don’t even ask me why, must be common at this location. Please, just pass this place on your search for food.

They seemed to forget me at the order board.
Parked me for no less than 10 minutes on an online order.
Once I got the food, they forgot an item from the bag.
When I went inside I asked for the item, they tried to hand it to me uncooked.
When I got home one of the sauce cups was busted and dried out. Seems like it had been busted for awhile to get to that state, and was still put in the bag.
Two sandwiches, a large fry, and chicken nuggets. Somehow that turned into the single worst fast food customer service of my life.
No one was rude directly. Just no care given.
The food was admittedly average quality. You know. Once I asked them to cook it.

this particular Wendy's is absolutely disgusting. No one here seems to give a rats butt about service, quality of food nor being reasonable. The fries we cooked in old grease and not salted, the burgers were dry and over cooked. Where is the owner of this location on vacation? how can Wendy's be proud of this franchise ? Seriously the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any fast food establishment.

The experience was just sad. No greetings and they forgot my nuggets in my biggie bag meal. The burger was salty no sure how with no cheese on it. Definitely not satisfied for spending almost $15
I have always loved the chili, but they have changed it and now it tastes terrible. I thought it was just the one location possibly, but just tried it again and it's uneatable! I have noticed it is for sale in cans at the grocery store, FOR $6.50 a SMALL Can!!!!!. If the canned tastes like the restaurant I wouldn't bother with it.

This place needs to be shut down. It was bad when I first started visiting and now it’s worst than bad! Don't even bother with these people. They don’t like to make your order and will talk crazy about customers while the customer is standing right there simply for ordering food for a family..
Food is never fresh and the employees do whatever they want while the manager allows it. They all get high together on the clock.. go elsewhere people! I stopped eating here but my kids still loved Wendy’s.(not this location particularly , but Wendy’s in general) So I’d continue to go for them but this last visit was completely unacceptable. I plan to never go back to this location.. sandwich maker has messy dreads and no hairnet… nothing that we ordered was fresh.
