Our Valentine's Day experience at White Castle was fun/enjoyable experience. White Castle did a very good job decorating. My wife, son and I ordered a lot of food and it came out fast. It was delicious. I was surprised with how many people actually showed up. The dining room was full.

Always great fun to go to White Castle for Valentine's Day. Workers did a great job of decorating. the hostess and our server were friendly and professional. And, of course, the food was outstanding.

The staff was very young and didn't understand how to wait on people to make sure they were good just had to keep calling the young lady to help us. We were the only ones in there for about 30 mins. or so before others started coming in so i couldn't understand why i had to keep calling the young lady until the manager said she was not use to being out there, she's usually behind the counter and i said you should have had her prepare them for the event. This was my first time going on Valentine's day from people where saying i thought it would have been a great surprise for my husband but it wasn't what i was told on how this experience was for us!

If you like White Castle you like White Castle. I do, this time it was not as it usually is. Not hot not fresh. Onion rings grease soaked actually three in the Tiny Box, crumbs in the bottom, cheese fries deplorable! Had to remind them of the drink that was ordered. $27 in the garbage can. Won't be back for a very long time.

The food was great as always....will pay for it later, but it's worth it, lol...staff wasn't feeling it, but hey, it be like that sometimes. Same old white castle bleak barren dining area....during the summer when it's been a dry dusty week and the wind is gusting just right....I believe you'll see a tumble weed lol.....maybe a tumble weave since we are tum-bout(talking about) Alton after all lbvs
Dietary restrictions: Belly bombs- adjective describing white castle sliders. Known to cause flatulence and loose stool depending on how many have been consumed. That means you fart a lot and get diarrhea from eating too many of them delicious little sliders
