The food was made correctly, it was pretty good, it was hot, and it was ready to be eaten. The server was nice and friendly. I was kinda curious why they asked us to pull to the side of the building when there wasn't anyone in the line, but the food came out to us fast.
I phoned taco bell to place a call in order and was told they cannot take a call in order, that orders must be placed thru a food app but they no long take orders over the phone. At first I thought, maybe this kid doesn't understand u can write the order down, record in the pos, give the total, take a name, and hold under a warmer lamp until customer arrives. Then I wondered if this is actually a new policy. I can see some greedy owner saying they require customer to use the food...read full review
