While Dairy Queen in Antioch offers some reasonable prices, which is a plus as several people in the comments have mentioned, there seems to be a recurring issue with portion sizes. Recently, I ordered a Peanut Buster Parfait, and to my disappointment, it looked noticeably smaller than the ones I’ve gotten at other DQ locations.
It wasn’t just a one off feeling either. Others have shared similar experiences about being shorted on ice cream. The quality is still there, but the portions make you feel like you’re not getting what you paid for. Hopefully, this is something they can address, as it can take away from an otherwise enjoyable treat.

It's definitely one of the lesser DQs around the area. They don't have the full menu yet of burgers and stuff like that, and the building is a bit small and crowded. They tend to serve the smallest ice cream compared to others around northern lake county and it's always pretty melted right when they hand it to you as well. I usually drive out to other ones instead of using this one, but it's not terrible if it's your closest one.

Going to an ice cream place is supposed to be fun for little kids. They look forward to it. I ordered two kids ice cream cones and a smoothie online and paid for it. When I get there, they tell me that they didn’t get the order. I have the receipt for the order …proving that I paid for it. Even after showing them the receipt… She refused to give me the ice cream. She said she had no idea how I could get my money back other than going through the website. Which is the website for that store . So I had to bring my grandson home without any ice cream in tears . I couldn’t find any number on the website to get a hold of anyone other than the store itself. This is really bad business. She is willing to lose business over $9.37.? I have never received such bad customer service in my life. It is not the customers fault that the store didn’t get the order. And when you have a receipt showing that you paid for it… There should be no reason why you don’t get the order. But this lady insisted she can’t give me my money back and she can’t give me the ice cream. I finally found a corporate number for Dairy Queen. They filed a report. But couldn’t give me my money back until the owner calls me.. This is a terrible experience and rather than having a fun day with my grandkids. My granddaughter and my grandson were in tears! What a terrible way to conduct business.

I have never had an issue coming here, the employees are always very sweet and make orders in a timely manner. I absolutely love the icecream from here.Delicious stuff, keep up the good service!!

Got a sundae from there and as soon as I got home and started taking off the top I noticed it was soupie at the bottom. Like if I wanted to mix everything together like it was a milk shake I would have ordered that. Like every year it's always something! To make matters worse they were not busy and I ordered at 540. To have to wait until 6:05. Like who does that when your not busy???? I would give a zero but the app won't allow me. Poor service, and no experience the place has gone to hell.
