When I called and asked if I could pick up my order instead of having it delivered because quality check was taking about an hour, the guy on the phone instantly gave me all this attitude when I asked for a refund for the delivery tip if I came and picked it up. He just didn’t want to give me a refund on delivery fee, because he said “it took him time to do so.” When I got there he was just silent on the computer for about 5 minutes then said “I refunded you” which I appreciate, but no need to give me an attitude when I asked a simple question. Maybe quit your job if it makes you that unhappy 😂

Bad customer service order pizza for delivery $7 charge waiting for the pizza 1hour 45 minutes I went to the store to pick up the pizza but the driver was already on his way to deliver it the pizza the guy in the from desk was nasty talking cause they don’t want to heard the bad service they give to customers when I got the pizza the pizza was cold like ice 🧊 cube I was trying to go reach the store before driving there but they never answer the phone call they get mad if you open your mouth when you come with complain about the bad was service I will never buy pizza there anymore I order sausage pizza but I was looking for the sausage cause maybe was like 10 pieces in the whole pizza I order another one with sausage and mushrooms the same thing you need to look the ingredients with glasses bad bd service terrible pizza

Domino’s is usually our go-to, and were excited to find one 2 minutes from our new house after moving to Antioch. However, this location totally missed the mark last night. Our Alfredo pizza was ice cold and watery in the center, and the stuffed crust Supreme felt half-baked—literally lol. Barely any toppings (I counted six pieces of sausage total). Everything was cold, limp, and unappetizing. The crew was nice and the place looked clean, so props there. Hopefully it was just one off night, because we want to keep this place in the rotation.
Ordered a pizza online. Put in all my toppings, hit add to order. Picket up the pizza, got home, and realized they made me cheese pizza. They would not refund or make me the proper pizza I actually ordered. Cause the app glitched out and did not add all the toppings I actually ordered.

Refused service because I wanted to pay cash. Tried to out an order through and because it was over $30 dollars would not let me process online. Then tried to out in two separate order for the required amount. The orders went through. Then 2 minutes after get a phone call from the store. Said they could not process order because even though two separate orders still is over the $30 dollar amount. I assured him I was on my way and that my card was compromised and was waiting for another one. He then said they could not start the order until I can down and Payed. Horrible customer service went to another place that was glad to take my money.
