Visited this Dunkin’ twice in the last month and both times were frustrating. The first time, they were completely out of donuts by noon and the staff was unhelpful. It just seems a little odd to be out of donuts by that time????

The second time, I waited over 20 minutes for my online drink while a rude Mexican lady openly talked negatively about me in Spanish. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable.

Management seriously needs to address staff behavior and customer service.

*sigh* I hate leaving bad reviews, I would rather assume it's an 'off' day for people... But when the employees are talking smack about me in Spanish right in front of me.. you've lost all my respect. I guess she assumed I didn't speak Spanish, but I couldn't mistake what I heard, and the look in her face when I called her out in Spanish.. you can imagine. Additionally, there's been plenty of times ordering here where it takes forever and there's missing items, etc. There's a few other excellent local coffee shops and I will make a point to use those from now on. Be nice.

In the past 2-3 months, this place has definitely improved. There’s an employee named Edith at this Dunkin who truly stands out. She has an incredible work ethic and takes pride in what she does. I usually avoid ordering food at Dunkin because, at most locations, the quality isn’t great — but not when Edith is on the clock. She consistently does an excellent job preparing the food.

When I told her she does great work, she replied, “That’s what I’m here for — to make sure my customers are happy and enjoy their food.” That response says it all. Her attitude and dedication are refreshing in today’s world, where true customer service is becoming rare.

Dunkin should use Edith as the standard for what great service looks like. She’s an asset to your company!

Man, this Dunkin is a rough one. Orders are almost never right, they’re constantly out of something, and if you order ahead on the app, don’t expect it to be ready- In fact, it’s usually not even started yet. The crew always looks confused and overwhelmed, and the whole place feels sticky, like the floor hasn’t seen a mop in days. No drive-through either, which just adds to the pain. I love Dunkin’, but this one needs a serious reboot.

Orders are consistently wrong, food is always overcooked. Today my coffee was spilling all over because it was overfilled. There’s usually only a couple customers there when I go so there’s not really a good excuse for how awful the experience has been.

I see all the poor comments. That is a serious failure.
My turn - This has happened several times, now. We use the mobile app to submit the order and drive over. It's a 5-6 minute drive. My 3 drinks were not ready. I waited as the attendant served the 3 walk-in customers. When she finished, I asked about my order. She said she had not realized it had printed. She started it, but another person came in; she took his order, filled it, and then continued with mine (why?). It took 22 minutes from time of mobile order to completion. Several weeks ago, it took more than 30 minutes (same thing - cleared the lobby of customers and then started my order). This time, I asked why it took so long. She said they don't always see the printed orders. If that is what happened today and previously (or maybe they ignored it to catch up with the walk-ins), then the mobile solution is poor (and any advertisement to save time by ordering ahead is misleading). Also, the younger generation music was very loud, and the lobby's side door was locked.

Dunkin is always great in itself, but Shelby breathes new life into a place thats needed it for awhile now. She's personalable with her customers as well as fast and hard working. Its always great to walk in and see a smiling face

Good service. They messed up my order and remade it for me no questions asked. But the blonde employee started yelling at other employees while customers were present. It was very unplesant and unprofessional. Those conversations should happen behind closed doors.
