The kids there sold me donuts with bites out of them and coffees that were half water with everything in a large $30 order being messed up then the owner kept stringing me along saying she was trying to make it right but never redeemed anything. To this day every time my wife goes there (I get Starbucks, this is the worst dunkin ever,) every time... They mess up her order. It's like it's on purpose. Avoid like the plague.
Went to dunkin this morning and placed a $30 order. The short blonde girl that was taking my order was very rude & I pointed it out, kindly. While employees were making the order they were loudly laughing and making comments and I still ignored it. As I was walking out the employee was being condescending and antagonizing. I spoke to the “manager” in store and she brushed it off by saying that the employee is autistic and she has to work with her too. Unprofessional and inappropriate. I always have bad experiences at this location and avoid it when I can.

I went in last week and over heard the manager go on and on about how irresponsible moms that have their children in daycare are. I was waiting for my drinks while she was there just running her mouth. Walking into an environment like this doesn’t make you feel welcomed at all. I was a regular but I don’t think i will be going back.Very disappointed.
