There was 3 people there behind counter and only one person doing everything. The other 2 in back talking and this poor girl has a line out door. Girl working counter was amazing, polite and so helpful.

They have egg bites on the menu on uber eats every time i order those i end up getting a message that they are not available to choose something else. Why have them on the menu. Unbelievable. I think I should start getting my breakfast somewhere else.

my husband went in today to get us breakfast, in the middle of him ordering the girl cut him off and gave him a total. my husband said āoh, i had more to orderā she proceeded to say āwell get back in line. weāre too busy for thisā. completely rude and unnecessary attitude from this new girl. we go all the time and have great experiences from everyone else. really disappointing.

Just went into your dunkin with my kids today after shoping and service was good but they were playing loud music with profanity and I don't care if it was just me but I had my kids with me so that was ridiculous that they were playing music like that with families around 2 people walked out because of it

This Dunkin was in a Walmart that was crowded. Itās hard to keep in clean with alot of people. The staff was kind and hard working despite a long line, but the donuts were average . Iām not a huge donut connoisseur so that part is highly subjective. That might just be normal donuts.
Shrinkflation is reallllll. I typically get an iced latte and recently have been receiving a cup of almond milk with a splash of espresso. And when I complain I get it back with it spilled all over the outside so I started getting an extra shot of espresso and am now paying almost $8 for what used to be just a regular latte. We are here for coffee not a cup of milk.

Girl with glasses rolled her eyes and gave me an attitude when I came in for coffee. I asked if everything was ok because clearly she was upset. Her response was āwe close in 5 minutes, so how can I help you?ā I told her you can start by learning good customer service. I told her thatās ok I can go elsewhere. I can see this Dunkin has terrible reviews. Anything under a 4 star is unacceptable. Donāt go here especially with glasses girl.

I was 15 minutes waiting for my order to be complete. I make the line and there 6 more people after me and all of them have there order before me. There to a skinny small girls at the front one really Nice . She knowledge me and take my order and thereās another lady that I think is the manager really serious didnāt say good morning with Amoudi style. They do a couple orders before mine when I receive my frozen Coffee I asked The Moody lady for my missing bagel order and she said that she needed to make sure all the drinks are done before she can either give me my bagels . What kind of service are they making my drink before either my food be done and at the time they do my bagels Iāve been 15 minutes standing there waiting for my food to be done. When my get bagels was made Look like crab all the cream cheese and bagel wrap with paper And my coffee melting down because I was waiting for my order to be complete . And when she star doing the food she give away the Oder order before my that I was the very first customer in line . I done think that some bagel take so mucho to toast. What a lack of management poor customer service neither thank you have a good day. Iām really disappointed with the store. . I was so disappointed that I told my bag in the garbage I forgot to take a picture of it. I think everybody have a bad day but no because you have a bad day you have to be miserable and treat other people, miserable, and more when you service someone else.

Avery had the worst attitude for someone working in food. I donāt understand what her problem was when it was DUNKIN that didnāt have what I wanted for my online order. I simply asked if my order was ready and she proceeded to give attitude. She burnt my croissant and handed it over to me just in the wrapper. I said āThank Youā and she just stared at me. I had to even ask for a bag to take my order to go. An EMBARRASSING Dunkin. Get better workers.
