Most unflavored meats out of the sub shops. Skimpy on the meats as well. Even if you like oil and vinegar you can't say yes to it, as they will make your sandwich swim in it. Your sandwich will be as wet as a dipped Italian beef. They put as many onions as lettuce. To expensive for whats offered.

Took a lunch break last Friday at noon from my high stress job assisting people with life and death situations and was assisted by the rudest, snippest food service worker - sandwich maker that I have experienced in 50 years. I didn't even feel like eating my sandwich after that kind of service. I am a very friendly easy going person and did nothing to offend her. She instantly was laughing with the man who ordere after I did. I will never go back to this location. I hope the woman was just having a bad day working at what I assume is a very boring job.

So we put in an order online for pick up today. I get there and they are super busy. I look for my order and it's not there. One of the ladies helps me look. It's not there. She looks on the computer. It says there is no order for us. So my fiancee sends a screenshot showing our order, order number, date and time for pick and everything. The lady looks and says ok. Gets it started right away even though there are a bunch of people and other pick up orders there. Then gives me 2 $2 off coupons and says sorry for this. I would recommend this location for sure.

Food always taste great and so far haven't gotten an order wrong however twice in a row now placed mobile orders and choose ASAP option but when I walk in the orders from the mobile order printer are on the printer and they don't realize it till I'm looking at the online order pickup shelves. This puts me at back of line when I technically placed the order 20 minutes prior. If place is packed I'm stuck waiting for 15 minutes because they can't prioritize mobile orders in with the in store orders. Not saying all mobile orders need to go first but mixing them in the order they come in verses the orders in store would be better.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered 4 sandwiches online and only received 3. When I called I was told I couldn’t get a refund so I had to go back for my sandwich. When I arrived and got the sandwich I didn’t receive anything extra for my inconvenience of having to drive back! But more than anything not even a friendly apology for their mistake. Nothing friendly about the customer service here!
