I'm not looking for free food but omg this is the 2nd time my sandwich is missing ingredients, even asking the sandwich maker if these ingredients are indeed on the sandwich and was assured they were. I watched her make the sandwich and did NOT see those ingredients added. I did let her know how these were let off and leaded to a credit....she assured me that they were on the sandwich (she even reopened the wrapped sandwich and assured these ingredients were there......they were NOT

This is truly the fastest delievery in town! The delivery drivers are amazing, kind, and quick! I love this place thank you all truly for making me and delivering amazing lunches for 7 years and counting :)

Waiting for 13 minutes for a simple VITO sandwich is UNACCEPTABLE . cashier staring into space while waiting to take money, .. if anyone is in thete,, don't bother,, you'll wait for 30 min for an order to come out. SUBS SO SLOW YOULL FREAK OUT!!!Parking: 3 total spots for customers , 4 spits for handicapped. . If there are 3 cars here,,, keep going,,, you'll never get your order out,, might as well go across the street, to the NEW SUB SHOP. . JIMMY JOHNS IS DEAD TO ME.

The person taking my order was very rude and they rolled their eyes at me when I couldn't hear them say thank you because they were blasting music. Also I ordered a number two number 4s and they gave me 2 number 3s. Pretty sure the guy taking my order was on drugs. Do better

This place always struggles with consistency. Multiple times I have received sandwiches that have been made with out certain ingredients. Today was the last one for me. This place is poorly managed.

Every time I order it comes wrong. Last time it took over an hour to arrive and when I called they said it was out for delivery even though they didn't ask my name. When I asked if they needed my name the said no, it's on the receipt <face palm>.No personality to the kids working there either. Oh and don't even get me started on their hours. TeamJerseyMikes!!!

They rung up my order wrong and didn’t read it back to me then when I came back in to fix it which was a simple mix up they told me they couldn’t fix it unless they re rang it up. Keep in mind All I wanted was a 3 with bacon they gave me a 3 with cheese. All I asked was to get a couple slices of bacon and the owner from the sandwich table said well you got charged for cheese. That’s not my fault or problem it was their incompetence. Horrible service all around! And I know they could’ve done it differently as I went to corporate training for jimmy johns.

Friendly, Honest, and great sandwich!! The guy at the cash register accidentally charged me for a larger sandwich, and caught it after i paid, and gave me back $4 in cash. Thank You!!
