10 people in the restaurant waiting. Only working on drive thru orders. No information from the team members. It appeared they were more ready to close hour and a half hour early.

I recently decided to go to the KFC location and I wanted to get food for the family at my household. They wanted me to get a 16 piece meal with half being bone-in chicken and half being tenders. A fairly simple request I thought. I even went with a coupon one of my family members requested me to use that specifically said you can pick half and half.
It starts out fine. The guy at the drive thru understands I want a 16 piece, he understands I wanted original recipe, he even understood each side I asked for. But for some reason, he couldn't possibly figure how to make a order half bone-in and half tenders. I could audibly hear him hissing out of nervousness and asking someone else for help who I could tell was far more qualified than the guy I was dealing with.
After far too much double checking and having to pull forward guessing if the order is right because there is no digital monitor to see what they entered, I receive the food and something feels off. I pull into a parking spot and learn they gave me an additional 8 piece meal with randomly chosen sides that I did not want. And I was even charged for it.
While completely in shock, I entered the restaurant to get things fixed. They refunded the 8 piece and kept the extra food which they should've let me keep, in my opinion. They gave me the coupon back and gave the discount anyways even though at this point, I didn't want to try this ever again.
The same idiot from the drive thru (who I could tell is not someone who is intelligent enough to be working a job period), sorted out the food first in front of me then in the back when corrected.
I get home and to my surprise, the chicken is all bone-in with no tenders. My night was completely ruined due to this one guys incompetence because I personally do not like bone-in chicken and only was left with the sides to eat from. I do not wish to ever be a customer of any KFC restaurant ever again. Especially since this is not the first instance of me being charged for food I never got at this exact location.
KFC has completely lost my business!

They make you move from the drive thru line so there drive thru timer doesn’t say you had to wait. Even though there is no one behind you just to cheat there system!

This might be the worst run fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Ordered food food online only to have to wait an additional 30 mins to receive my order. Got home and the order was missing items. Every time I go here. There is a long wait ( with few customers in the restaurant) or the order is wrong. Unreal!

I walked in to pick up delivery order at 6:34pm, and the lady said we working on it. She came after 10 minutes and asked me about the costumer name, and she went back. She back at 6:50pm and said the order will be delayed for another 15 minutes. I had to stay in KFC until 7:08pm to get a 12pc chicken meal and that’s all from my working time. The estimated time for pick up was 6:36pm which is late 32 minutes. It is not fair for a driver to waste more than 30 minutes waiting for fast food order. I hope the manager will solve this issue.

Last time I came here, there was a very nice young man that told me about a deal they don’t have on their menu. It was a 9pc with two sides, for a great price. The food and service was good. Today I come here and Richard said there was no such deal and said there was another one, which came out to $41. He even said he didn’t know why that was a deal but it is. So instead we changed it to a lower price one since it was only for 3 people. That came out to the exact same price, for that we could have gotten the extra pieces but he left it as is. We dined in and there were no plates and no honey. Dining area was dirty and they were not at all busy.

Food must have been sitting there for a while cause it was not at all fresh. Pop was flat and warm.

So tired of crappy service, especially when you’re paying the at much for food. Won’t be coming back here. Find another job Richard if you don’t like the one you have and maybe dress a little more presentable (cleaner). Very unprofessional.

This is the 3rd time we ordered from there and once again have missed numerous items in our order. First off, who orders KFC with no gravy!?! No one! Well we were missing 3 gravy’s and a chicken sandwich..though through door dash, it went through 2 parties and still was messed up…

No one greets you right away when you walk in the door. I placed a mobile order at 230pm for pick up at 4pm. My order was not ready and I had to wait 20 minutes or longer to get my order. I gave plenty of notice for my order. There was no excuse for my order to not be ready on time

The manager on Sunday was very disrespectful when we tried to order potato wedges for a party. She claimed that KFC discontinued them back in 2016. I am not stupid and don’t live in Antioch but thought that was unnecessary for her to try to make me feel like I am dumb.

Had to change my rating from five stars to one
The wife and I got famous bowls. We used to love these bowls. They still have good flavor but three pieces of chicken come on for $5 you can at least give me like six or seven pieces of chickens! Also we went through the drive-thru and we asked for a large fry and didn't realize she didn't charge us so we didn't get it either very disappointed they weren't listening plus they didn't tell us to drive up until I started asking can I drive up.

You had better go through your bag before you leave the drive-thru because they always always screw up your order. Lots of good high school kids work there but most are scatterbrained
