I’m a big fan of McDonalds, but our food tonight from the Antioch store was terrible. Cold fries, rubbery chicken sandwich, and a burger that seemed like it had been sitting out all day. What happened? I’ve never been to a McDonalds this bad.

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had in my life. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out I heard employees with potty mouths. Using cuss words to each other very loudly. Me and my wife took our food to eat somewhere else. Embarrassing.. Wait don’t forget the food was even worse!!!

Ordered a large meal and they gave me a small fry.. recipe even says it was supposed to be a large. Need to higher employees that pay attention. Edit 7/15/2025 Went back and the same thing happened, ordered a large meal and got small Fry's. Never coming back to this McDonald's again, Plus everyone i work with gets sick after eating here, like the burgers aren't fully cooked. Avoid this place at all costs

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! How hard is it to... 1. Give a receipt 2. MAKE A PLAIN Bacon cheese burger? 3. Poor a coke instead of Dr.Pepper?
This McDonald's is by far the worst one! My daughter and I have had to bring her PLAIN bacon cheese burger BACK at minimum 4 times to this location across multiple shifts. They all suck! She likes McDonald's so I like to be able to treat her once and a while. Having to go back to the store when you order is wrong is ridiculous!
