ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! How hard is it to... 1. Give a receipt 2. MAKE A PLAIN Bacon cheese burger? 3. Poor a coke instead of Dr.Pepper?
This McDonald's is by far the worst one! My daughter and I have had to bring her PLAIN bacon cheese burger BACK at minimum 4 times to this location across multiple shifts. They all suck! She likes McDonald's so I like to be able to treat her once and a while. Having to go back to the store when you order is wrong is ridiculous!

They asked for my rewards code, Gave it to them made sure that they got it and they still did Not use it.. And all I got was a breakfast meal with a soda and they didn't give me a hash brown

Someone prepared my food wrong, they realized, and instead of placing a completely new order, they removed the condiments and gave me the same order. Disgusting. It's not the same, do things right.

The Antioch McDonald's is the only one in the area that ALWAYS has fresh fries! The service is lightning fast, and they always get the order right.

The Antioch location is the only place that NEVER fills the Mocha Frappe cup. They leave it about an inch low and add extra whipped cream?And on top of that the girl says I'll fix it. Brings me back the same cup with more whipped cream while th manager stands there watching. NOT going back to Antioch location!!!
Enjoyed Friday fish sandwich and Shamrock Shake.
