It was a beautiful day to be near the water. Outdoor service was good. However, the bartenders were extremely busy, and unfortunately, that was probably the reason for the cold untimely service. Maybe consider more staff to accommodate busy days.
Can't say enough good things about sandbar, the food, atmosphere, and people. Everyone who works here is awesome and extremely nice, great people and we will always be lifetime customers
These guys are a staple of the Chain of Lakes entertainment scene. Readily accessible on the water from Lake Marie or by car from the Antioch or Lake Villa area. They are open year round, and host numerous events. The food is generally typical of the local restaurants, pizzas are tavern style and always fresh. I'm a fan of their breakfast offerings during the winter while out ice fishing. You can pay to park here, which is becoming a more difficult task in the area. Stop...
