Beware of an older lady with black/grey short curly hair. I do a good job of not pulling too close or too far at the second window. However, this lady will intentionally only lift her hand up 45 degrees from where she’s standing. It felt very eerie, she just stood there and watched me struggle. Never experienced that in a Starbucks. It all just felt very cruel. I will not be going back. You lost a new local customer, good job lady!!

Must be a lot of new workers with no training. This use to be my favorite location! Service continues to drop. Getting tired of sending orders back and holding up an already long line. This time i ordered 2 grande carmel ribbon crunch with shot, had to send them back because no shot and just didn't want to wait anymore because it seems as though we were bothering them...as u can see, we recieved talls with shots but no crunch...they can keep thier money. We will be finding a new location and will keep looking at reviews here to see if they improve in the future.

I love going here because they make great coffee! But lately, the coffee hasnt been tasting right. I specialize my order to make it sweet, but it's been bitter or the flavor is off and i pay exta for the flavoring and sweet cream. I'm not the one to usually complain but I'm just upset because it's been happening a lot lately and I would waste money because nobody would want to drink it so I would just toss it

I don’t normally come to Starbucks that often, but man, the lady at the drive through was insanely rude. Every time I am served by her, she has an attitude. Today She launched the card reader into my car, and thankfully I caught it. She then looks at me and goes “if you noticed that I had to throw the reader into your car it’s because your car is too far away”. I handed the reader back and apologized and she snatched it out of my hand and slammed the window shut. I get that people have bad days, and have personal life problems, but oh my gosh, do not take it out on the costumers. Absolutely unprofessional.Besides the awful attitude, the coffee was great. But i may be getting my coffee elsewhere now.

Usually I wouldn't write a review but when someone is going out of there way to help and one of your staff members is trying to put others down and not help at all, that's when I have a problem. Kaitlyn is nothing but a problem. For a company that preaches teamwork this is not the example I expected to see when I buy a cup of coffee. I hope other stores can learn from Kaitlyn's mistakes and I hope Starbucks can help Kaitlyn be more professional or at least get rid of the problem!

Very bad service at the drive thru on 1/16 between 9-10am. Gave us grande instead of venti coffee and said we had to come inside in negative temperatures to exchange it. Then the cake pop fell out of sack and she gave us empty sack and wouldn't come back to the window to correct it. I have never received such horrible service as from this woman. She shouldn't represent such a fine company. My husband said he has received bad service from this woman before.
