I had placed an order on the SUBWAY® mobile app, which I do all the time and selected use current location so it would route my order to the correct location after I placed the order. I went to the subway in McHenry to pick it up where they told me they had no order so I quickly checked the app again and realized it was for this location in Antioch. I called seeing as though I had already paid for it and let them know what happened and I wasn’t able to get to that location being it’s 30 minutes away. I asked if they could transfer the order to the McHenry location. I was basically told “oh well, not our problem” and they would not be transferring the order or refunding my money. I’m extremely disappointed being as this is place I frequent a lot. Unfortunately, I will not be going back.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Subway location for years and usually leave quite satisfied, but my recent visit was a big disappointment. I ordered my usual Bacon Chicken Ranch sub, but it felt like I got a completely different sandwich this time around. There was barely any chicken on the sub—just a few pieces hidden under the lettuce. Instead of the hearty, flavorful sub I’m used to, it felt more like I was eating a salad on some Italian herb bread.

I’ve always appreciated the quality at this location, so I’m not sure what changed this time. Hopefully, this was just a one-off, but I left feeling really let down by how skimpy the ingredients were. If this keeps up, I might have to reconsider coming back. Very disappointed with this visit.

I stopped by Subway today for a cold cut combo. I only get a couple a year because I don’t usually eat processed meat. What I got today was a bologna sub. Absolutely no taste whatsoever. My last trip to Subway for sure. Sad.

I was there with my autism daughter to buy 2 subs and the so called manager was very rude to my daughter and did not want to take my coupons. She made my daughter have a breakdown and cried in the car. It took my daughter over and hour to calm down and eat her sub. I am very upset and will not go there when she is there. I had to give 1 star or I could not post

Manager is very arrogant, unfriendly, to all the customers. Poor Staff except for the Cashier was the only one with any customer skills. Baked bread wasn't prepared ahead. Long wait or nothing.

The only thing I get here lately is a BLT. When you order from the screen at the drive-thru, it can be a little confusing because it asks if you want lettuce, bacon, tomato (amongstall the other ingredients).... never sure if that's in addition to or not..... once, a young man did ask what I wanted before he made the sandwich. This time.....I got bread with mayo and bacon..... how does that even make sense?

This is by far the most popular Subway in a good 30mile radius. Food and service is always worth stopping in and ordering in person.

So they were super busy and I did hear them say they were slammed but I did an online order and it was supposed to be ready at 735pm but it wasn’t ready until 800pm. Clearly there was frustration with at least one team member which probably didn’t help move more efficiently. It just took way too long. Food was fine but waiting so long just makes you feel like you should get more.Went again on a Saturday and the online pick up order was 15 minutes late and again I was late for my event. Plus cheese was wrong in one sub and one was toasted when it should not have been.

I just placed a mobile order here. I arrived a few minutes early and they were still working on my order. Another man walks in to place an order. One of the girls working made his sandwich and took him down to the register to pay. WITH gloves on, the girl too the guys money and gave him his change. Then she just walked right back on the line to start making other food. ? I had to ask her to change her gloves before she touched my food. There is no reason the register or money should be handled with food gloves on. You take them off, ring up people, wash your hands, and then put on new gloves. You would think with a pandemic going on, they would be working hard to keep things safe and clean, but apparently not.
