If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I cannot say enough good things about Sweet Discoveries. First, when my grandfather received a terminal diagnosis over the summer and we decided to hold a small elopement ceremony so he could be there to see us get married, it was very important to us that he got to have our wedding cake. With about 5 days notice Cindy committed to getting us a smaller version of our wedding cake for my grandpa. Words cannot express how much this meant to us and to him.
We still went through with the larger celebration in December with the rest of our family and friends, and Cindy provided the most beautiful cake and most delicious sweet treats to go along with it. The entire process - the tasting, ordering, up until the day of the wedding was so easy working with Cindy. I cannot recommend her services more. She certainly has a lifelong customer out of us. Thank you so much for everything!

Communication was a 3 to 4, the look of cakes were a 4. Name spelled wrong and beads coming off one cake. Otherwise the pictures we sent were spot on. The taste, mix reviews. We mostly heard the cake was dry and sponge like. The filling inside the cake was hard. Also, the cake was to be delivered by 11. We were pushed back due to other clients not picking cake up on time. So our delivery time was pushed back by 35/40 mins.

I ordered a custom red velvet birthday cake and it was one of the most delicious cakes I've ever had. All of our guests were impressed not only at the design but at how delicious the cake was. I had provided a cake design from Pinterest and Cindy recreated the cake beautifully. The cake was also very reasonably priced. We all savored every last bit of this cake. I highly recommend Sweet Discoveries for any special occasion and custom cakes!

Cindy made us a beautiful wedding cake. She had a wide variety of flavors and frostings to choose from, and encouraged us to explore, mix and match. We weren’t fully settled on a design during our appointment, and she spent time helping us narrow down choices. She was warm and friendly during our meeting, and the cake was a hit. We had originally tried the banana crème flavor, and my spouse had enjoyed the cake but not the frosting. We asked for a strawberry crème substitution for our wedding cake, and it was perfect. She was very knowledgeable in giving us estimates of how much to order for our guest count as well. There’s also a lemon green tea flavor on the menu that we don’t usually see from other vendors— everyone at our wedding, including my spouse fell in love with it.

Sweet Discoveries did a beautiful job with our wedding cake! We went with lemon and blueberry for one tier. And Oreo for another tier. And then some pumpkin/blueberry cupcakes which to everyone’s surprise were also a great flavor combination!

Best place, hands down, for cake. We worked with Cindy and she's fantastic, and her baking skills are out of this world! She did our wedding cake and wedding cupcakes. She has so many flavors to chose from (like SO MANY)! Our guests were raving about the sweet treats. Idk how my husband and I are going to wait a whole year to eat the top of our cake! It's taunting us in our freezer. I highly recommend working with Cindy for any occasion. You won't regret it, but you might get addicted ?
