If I could give 0 stars, I would apparently you're not allowed to question something. If it doesn't look like something you've already ordered. And don't ask them for another cup when they give you a cup, that's cracked and leaking all over your car, because then you just get a lot of attitude. This is definitely the worst location.I've ever been to🤬 i wonder, are they gonna clean up my car now!

Walked in from work to get some quick food and get some AC because I'm hot and tired. You can not order food without using the stupid kiosk app thing. Last thing I want to do before I eat is mess with an app or tablet or kiosk to program my order when there is a person literally standing right there that should be able to take my order. Very stupid they remove the menu behind the counter and force you to use their app or kiosk to order. I won't be going back in again. Next time will be the drive through. Manager lady was nice so she gets 5 stars but the rest of the process is crap.

This is the second time I order through the kiosk and my order is still incorrect.
I ordered my Mexican pizza with extra cheese, (which is .60 extra) they don’t add it on. I asked for easy pizza sauce they put extra on it. I asked for no tomato but they put it on my food anyway, and I asked for easy beans and again they put the normal amount. The tacos came with more lettuce than it did with both the meat and cheese put together. It was more a lettuce taco than anything. I’m paying extra for add ons they don’t give me. $13 plus for food that wasn’t made correctly and didn’t taste good.
Not sure what they don’t get but it should be simple enough to understand, especially when it is in plain English. The staff doesn’t really acknowledge you when you walk in but they are not rude when they give you your order. I think I will stick to the one in Lindenhurst, they are always on point.

This Taco bell is the only one I’ve walked out of multiple times empty handed. Most recently I was told to order through the kiosk. I did that and was told my order didn’t go through. I do it again and then it tells me to go talk to the cashier. I tell the cashier my order again. Why did I use the kiosk? The cashier calls someone to help her, I ask her if it’s easier if I pay card instead of cash. She smiles and laughs not seeming to understand. Then the original cashier asks if I can wait for a manger, to pay cash. I’m buying Taco Bell not a used car.

I wish I could give 0 stars!! I waited 20 mins in the dining room waiting for my order before getting my money back. The also consistently get my order WRONG!! When I complain, they don't even try to fix it. Horrible service!! I'll go the 5 miles out of my way to go to the Round Lake Taco Bell! I will NEVER set foot in the Antioch Store again!!

took about 10 minutes. i knew i shouldn’t have ordered extra stuff. forgot my empanada and my two sauces i paid for. not to mention they gave me no utensils for my fiesta potatoes. lady just stood around and watched and had attitude.
Crunchwrap barely had any ingredient's inside. And $.90 cents for a cup of nacho cheese that’s only filled halfway is insane.
