This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten bad Taco Bell from this specific location… but it was definitely the worst. They got maybe a tiny part of our order right. Burned one of the grilled cheese burritos… that were both beef even though one was supposed to be steak and the other black bean. The rice in the cheesy bean and rice burrito was crunchy…. Like maybe over done or not done rice. The lettuce in the tacos was… frozen. And mildly transparent.
With that said… we won’t be ordering from this location again. :/ disappointed.

Store was freezing cold. No employee at the counter, tried to use the kiosk but they don't allow for breakfast combos. Was in there 5 minutes and No one came to the counter. Left and ate elsewhere.

Only thing saving them is the fact I love their food. Now, I ordered online thinking this would sorted things up. Sat in the drive through for over an hour!!! No body inside moving with any emphasis. Like they could care less that you literally stole an hours and a half of my life. Literally insane. Told them I want my food compt. I should have gotten this meal and the next teen free. Family at home starving. I’m trapt. If anyone from corporate for this store reads this please do something cause this wasn’t fair in the slightest ands to have employees act like I was crazy for saying I want my meal compt then dismissed like I was a burden is crazy. The picture I was sitting there even longer.

Way too expensive compared to other Taco bells. The cravings box here starts at $8, completely ridiculous. They don't even have any cinnabons when other locations have two different kinds. Not to mention they play music loudly that is not family friendly. Staff was great, this is a owner greed type of issue.

If I could give 0 stars, I would apparently you're not allowed to question something. If it doesn't look like something you've already ordered. And don't ask them for another cup when they give you a cup, that's cracked and leaking all over your car, because then you just get a lot of attitude. This is definitely the worst location.I've ever been to🤬 i wonder, are they gonna clean up my car now!

Walked in from work to get some quick food and get some AC because I'm hot and tired. You can not order food without using the stupid kiosk app thing. Last thing I want to do before I eat is mess with an app or tablet or kiosk to program my order when there is a person literally standing right there that should be able to take my order. Very stupid they remove the menu behind the counter and force you to use their app or kiosk to order. I won't be going back in again. Next time will be the drive through. Manager lady was nice so she gets 5 stars but the rest of the process is crap.
