Well worth the detour away from highway construction. The food isn't complicated, but it's impeccably prepared. I meant to get a latte, but I'm glad I got iced tea. It's the best I've had in years. I can't wait to try my cookie.

Parking: The cafe is in the old bank on Main St. by the town square. Parking is free and plentiful.

Stopped on my way to and from Indiana. Very sweet staff, food was nice, and the interior is very pretty. They also had some interesting books at the tables. I would go back again on my next trip.

The inside is absolutely adorable, first of all. But honestly I am shocked by how good the latte was. I am always skeptical of local coffee shops. I want to be supportive, but the coffee is just never very good and I never finish it. But the vanilla latte I got today was fantastic. Genuinely so good. I already want another one.
