Went on Sunday, server did not smile once. The sushi was okay. Didn't blow me away. I usually want more than I should have but I did not even finish what I had. So not a fan. The chef was really pleasant, he seemed happy.
Just a bland experience.

Today's experience was catching charges worthy :(
Place looked closed from outside, inside we were greeted by the ugly giving face employee who should never EVER be in customer facing line of work. Seeing a family of 5, his look got uglier and we did not feel welcome. We were only ones in this outdated restaurant that opened shortly when we arrived to celebrate a birthday.
We were served lukewarm water with ZERO ice that tasted weird, hose water tastes better so who knows if it was from toilet. Just disgusting.
Once food arrived of 10+ different roll types, all look and taste same, unappealing look, taste, texture, just sad sushi with poor quality all around in every category.
We struggled to finish eating such garbage that you even dreaded drowning with water since that too was atrocious.
Bill comes, 167.71 bucks of which 129.75 is for 5 all you can eat, 14.60 tax and a forced gratuity 18% 23.36. This is robbery. I find this terrible host and request forced gratuity removed as we are only a party of 5 and he damn sure did not deserve such tip. He said 5 is his policy and proceeds to try to find where this invisible policy is visible, there was not one. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE INSPECTED AND SHUT DOWN! HORRIBLE PLACE AND EXPERIENCE!
Past experience was frequent several years ago and I recall this same ugly giving face man. Food was great back then but poor atmosphere goes back 15+ years. If this man is the owner, SHAME ON YOU!

I have eaten here quite a few times. It certainly was never great, but the quality has gone ever lower. The rice tastes dry and old.

we just moved here .we wanted to try their sushi, the waiter had a very bad attitude and the sushi had too much rice and not enough fish .I know they save fish this way

The owner was so rude! He gave my Togo order to someone else. Called them and asked them to turn around to bring it back to the restaurant to give to me. He refused to remake the food since I didn’t want the other food that was given to someone else and brought back. I called my husband and they spoke and he remade my food no problem. Is it because I’m a woman that he wouldn’t remake it in the first place?! There isn’t anyone in the restaurant as I’m sitting here typing this and they’re taking their time remaking the order. Go get sushi literally anywhere else and don’t give this place your time or money.

Owner is a rude cat. The food itself is great sushi, but the owner is a cheap old rude cat who tries to cut you off after one round of ordering… I get it, things are expensive, but don’t say all you can eat when I can eat more than pops let’s me.

Horrible service . My dad paid $2 for brown rice and they gave him white rice sushi and then blamed my dad that he "had reviewed it" in the the DARK restaurant they have. The service was so condescending and he had the nerve to blame my dad for their mistake. Instead of fixing the issue, he blamed my dad and did not give us what we paid for ! I wish they would have just fixed their mistake instead of treating us with hostility.

I come here every once in a while. The host is an odd fellow but this time he crossed the line with me. We were in the mood for sushi and when I pulled up, the parking lot was empty and it looked dark inside. I decided to take a peek and see if they were open on Monday. The host was extremely rude to me and I let him know I was going elsewhere. They didn't deserve my money. No wonder they only have 3 stars and an empty parking lot. We went down the road and spent $50+ I'm never coming here again !

We have been going here for years. Although the service has never been exceptional this last time he was outright rude.
We had family in from out of town and brought them here. We were the only ones in the restaurant. From dropping plates onto the table, spilling water everywhere, yelling at us that we already had a fork when we did not see it and when asking for napkins he brought two. We barely asked for anything and got rude looks every time.
When leaving I told him that he should work on his customer service. That we frequented this place often but would not be back. His response was I’ve never seen you.
