Fantastic local coffee shop conveniently located near the AH metro station and downtown. Pretty easy street parking available since it’s the corner unit, and has excellent matcha lattes! My sister was wanting latte art and the barista did his best. Wonderful cozy atmosphere! My son got an Ube donut with Oreo but it was kinda dry. Wouldn’t recommend.
Usually get latte or iced latte and it is always good. Occasionally get a donut, etc. and those are always fresh.
The owner is friendly. (My wife and I once got caught there in a sudden downpour. He gave us his umbrella and told us to bring it back next time we were in. You don't get that kind of service at Starbucks.)
