Went through drive through, not only did they ask to have our order repeated 3x, 2 out of 3 things we ordered were messed up, not only that one of the guy took back the stuff he meessed up and threw it with attitude that I can hear him from insode to drive up window.The service hear is awful- this wasnt the 1st time.

The employees are horrible in the drive thru.
But the events they do are very nice and a great idea!
This is a pretty busy location and they always make good and creamy coffee, ice cream is also good. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is enough parking outside.

Ok I bet other staff in this Store is good but I swear these two Indian men who worked there were so rude me and my sister went in there to get some ice cream and this Indian man was talking on the phone and telling me to “shh†when I was trying to order and he wasn't even talking to someone important he was talking to his friend and totally ignoring me which was so rude I swear and his co worker was pretty bad to, he was just scrolling through Instagram and using a tooth pick. When I asked these men to take my order they said not right now I know for God's sake so annoying I wanted to complain so bad.Finally after 20 minutes they said to me “what's your order hurry up we don't have all day†the nerve I took my little sister and left. I recommend firing these to Indian men right now

The service at this Baskin Robbins is horrible. I had a specific ice cream flavor I wanted, so I called and the employee told me that flavor was available at the location. When I got there 15 minutes later, I was informed I could not buy that flavor because they threw it out. I visited this location instead of the one minute away from my house, but I was deeply disappointed and left. My family, friends, and I will surely never return to this location. Please train your employees better so they do not misinform customers.

This is our favorite Dunkin, which also happens to be the closest to us. They consistently make our coffees nice and creamy, we go there multiple times a week. Can't recommend this one enough :)
