Just brought home an $8 sundae. Found out that all the ice cream was filled with ice crystals, indicating the ice cream had melted and refrozen. Instead of being smooth and creamy it was crunchy and left a gritty film behind. Really bad. Even though Oberweis two doors down is overpriced and has training issues as well, they’ve never been quite this bad. This sundae from BR is inedible.

They just did the ice cream digs not the whole menu. But it made it quick and efficient and tasted great.

Came to get ice cream at 8:30pm. Employees locked door and ignored us so guess they were closing early? Sign said open til 9pm. Hmmmmn

Waited for 5 mins in the drive through to be greater by no one and pulled up to find another car had the same issue. Once that person pulled away and ended up having to go in the store I told the drive through worker that I had been waiting at the drive through for 5 mins and he told me he was quote “ busy”. 2 workers, 6:30 at night and only 3 cars in the drive through. Then messed up my order.
