Loved coming to this location in the past. Ordered an online p/u today and it was raining. The associate working (not busy at all) was scared of a little water when giving me my order. Also did not want to give me a cup of water in the drive through because it’s raining? Like what? Ontop of that my bowl was cold when I came to pick it up. My pick up was 2:57 I was there at 2:59. Besides very awkward unpleasant customer service, my bowl was made incorrectly. The only thing this location got right in my bowl was tofu. Unfortunately the tofu did taste old, very burnt and hard to chew. Very sad and unsatisfied with this experience

Was really excited for this to open so close to my house, but this location could use a bit of attention. Customer service is always very flat (Chipotle vibes, which is not a compliment), the portions seem a bit rationed, and to-go orders via Door Dash are VERY inconsistent in quality and readiness. I hope this location improves because it's a pain driving way out to Schaumburg, which is noticably better but far. I'll gladly delete this review once I notice improvements in whoever is leading this team.

This past Wednesday afternoon, the workers made it really clear if I should try this place or go next door to Chipotle. No one was at the front of house for a few minutes despite me standing there, staring at the menu, only one sad paper menu left, not exactly the cleanest store, and the rest of the employees were just hanging out in the back of house in clear view from the dining room. I can forgive the one employee on break but no one minded the FOH at all.

Ended up next door spending the same amount at the slightly dirtier restaurant. At least I felt a bit more welcome and it was clear where everyone else was going there.

Come on folks, do better.

The food is great, but they started asking for tips. Yes, exactly to demand, I can't say otherwise. I pay by card and there is no "none" option on the screen. They had no choice. I know what I tip the waiter for, but I don't understand why I tip them here. I took the cutlery and napkins myself, poured myself a drink and cleaned up after myself at the end. Maybe I should start asking for tips too??

I used to love this place, but I've noticed a decline in quality recently. Today, I placed an online order and picked it up. When I got home, I realized that our bowls were completely wrong, and we ended up with meals we really didn't enjoy. They also forgot to include the sauces. What makes it worse is that the place didn't even seem busy. Unfortunately, I think I'll need to take a break from this location for a while. ?

I've been here a few times, and I really enjoyed the steak! The service was great, too—Anna was quick and did an awesome job. Plus, their miso soup is delicious!

I normally go to the Schaumburg location but since I was in the area I thought I’d try this location, and the purple rice is nothing compared to the one in Schaumburg. This location’s rice is very bland, and all of the potatoes they gave me were burnt. Just not very flavorful compared to other locations.

Stopped here while traveling, loved that it was gluten free! Employees were nice, place was clean. It was early for lunch so almost no one there. Loved the drinks, the tea and lemonades, very panera-like and very delicious.
The food was good! What I expected from a make your own bowl place. Sweet potato noodles were really good, not overcooked. Broccoli was the perfect amount of crunchy. Tofu was good too, and had a nice texture on the outside. Kimchi was alright, not very strong which I liked! But might be "less authentic".
My partner got rice and beef, they were tasty but mushy. Relatively expected though, I'm just picky with textures. Sauces were delish!

Good food, but why 1 star review???

I checked my credit card receipt while eating and see they auto added 10% to my bill for TIP even though i was never prompted on their machine to enter a tip amount.....

It was so nice to discover a gluten-free restaurant. I enjoyed the bowl that I ordered with the exception of the rice that was overcooked. However, the noodles, veggies, chicken, and sauce were wonderful . The portion was large, and I was able to get a carry out lid for what I didn't finish. Seating was like a fast food restaurant and was clean. I hope this chain comes to Iowa!
