Definitely the most disgusting place I have eaten yet!!!! Had a gyro which is supposed to be what theyre known for.. it was horrible!!!! Fries were under cooked, fried mushrooms were still cold, the place is absolutely disgusting inside, not sure how the health department hasn't shut them down yet!!!! I wish I could give less then a 1 star.

Don't go there. Period. I bought an Italian beef, and threw it away after taking a piece of beef. It is not fresh, and I had a feeling that I would be sick if I eat this. And, The owner didn't give a receipt, I did a quick math...and, he charged more. I didn't argue with him because I wish him he enjoys additional 50 cents now, and I am done with them. I am writing this here for him to realize that he needs to pay more price than he ripped me off.

I had a gyros. The pita bread the gyros come on was amazing. Never had before a pita bread so good. The gyros was 4 out of 5. And the white sauce was tasting weird

Charged extra $1.25 because my daughter asked for a cup with her drink. They said that cups cost them too much so they have to charge for them. I don't think they want to stay in business for long.

Good Local Gyro. The owner works the grill and knows his gyros. He explained that there are three grades of gyro meat sold by Kronos; and he uses the highest grade. Everything is cooked to order fresh and I haven't been disappointed yet.

Big John’s was my entire family(in state and out of state) favorite for over a decade. The gyros and fries were our favorite. However, the food and service has gone down hill. more Big John’s for us!

I always stop by grabbing some food here. I like the prompt customer service and well cooked food. Never disappointing.

The hot dog was definitely not 100% beef. I put that out there on top because their menu board lists that it is 100% pure beef. Bun had no poppy seeds. You wont find a Chicago-Style Hot Dog here. Nitpickey? Yeah maybe... but don't lie about what you are serving and overcharge for it. The Italian beef was a tiny little thing and 6 bucks. Weak. There's so many of these grease joints around the city and suburbs. Most are pretty much carbon copies of each other. Then there are ones like this that don't even try to be good.

Can someone tell me why its under new ownership? I'm so upset I ordered a patty melt and this guy just put a frozen piece of meat on a white bread with cheese..no onion or grilled onion and the bread wasnt even grilled.. my philly cheese steak was just one peice of chicken on a French roll not chopped up and onion wasnt even grilled..bread was hard..I'm so embarrassed because I was telling everyone how good it was and when we all opened our food it looked like I went to a school cafeteria! I want my money back!!

new ownership.. and they dont have good food anymore! so upset I spent 40 dollars on garbage.. once everyone realizes it's not the same anymore they wont be open for much longer.

Took two bites of the beef and threw it out. Most bland beef sandwich I've ever eaten in my life. I ordered hot dogs for my sons and they were still skin colored and barely warm. Never going here again.
