This is what they call “light mayo”? I asked for light mayo and got extra, extra mayo instead. I’ve always had good experiences here before, but this ruined it. Soggy bun and a big mayo mess. Waste of $5 and had to throw this out, which I hated doing because wasting food is literally a sin in my opinion.

They absolutely microwave the double cheeseburgers here. Bun is always scalding hot. The one on Rand doesn’t and the difference is outrageously noticeable.

After more than 5 years without visiting a Burger King, I decided to give the Arlington Heights location a try, and I was pleasantly surprised. In the past, my experience at other locations hadn’t been great, but this time it was completely different: the restaurant was spotless, the service was fast and friendly, and the food quality was excellent. You could tell the team was dedicated and took pride in their work, delivering a perfect experience from start to finish. It’s inspiring to see how commitment and effort can completely change the perception of a place. Congratulations to the entire team for doing such an outstanding job!

everyone here is so friendly and they're totally on top of everything. our food is always fresh and tasty. this is our local BK, and I was happily blown away by how much they care about their regulars! my husband and i hadn't been there in a while, and when they heard i broke my wrist they wished me well. it may seem like a small thing, but it really means a lot! thank you all for being such an amazing team! <3

I don't do much fast food these days, but my treat is usually some hash browns and a breakfast burrito. Big shout out to J.P. and the lovely lady whose name I don't know. They're consistently fast, friendly and efficient. This is about the only place where I don't have to check my bag before I leave, because I know they've got my order right. YOU RULE!!
